Top notch service. I had two locksmiths come before him who couldn't solve the issue, couldn't open my door. He came and within 5-10 minutes got my door open and resolved the issue. And was very professional, calm, and reasonable price. Didn't try to scam like the others. Don't waste time calling other locksmiths, call him. Plus I needed extra keys made for my house and while he was here I asked him to make an extra key for a 30 year old car I have out back. He did it no problem. We are from SD but are down here in Phoenix where my husband is taking treatments for metastatic liver cancer. Somehow we lost the 2nd set of keys for our 2012 F150 pickup. Since we felt a bit on edge with only one key, I started calling around for service, price, etc for a duplicate key. When I landed upon Speedway Locksmith in my internet search, Joe answered the phone immediately (no automated answering machine with "press this number" blah blah blah), ascertained what I needed, checked to see that he had the key stock in his vehicle, quoted me a price, and said that he could be at my location within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Since it was a hot day in Phoenix, I offered to drive my vehicle to their hopefully air-conditioned shop rather than working out in the hot sun. Joe assured me that it was no problem at all and that there was no price difference either way. So it saved me a trip and he arrived within a few minutes. He was very professional, personable, and friendly, explaining his every step. Within a short while, the job was done and we can now rest a little easier knowing that we have a back up key if needed. Joe also gave us another complimentary key that can be used to unlock the doors only (not as an ignition key). I would definitely recommend this company and Joe!

So my vehicle was a theft recovery, but the keys didn't get recovered with the car. I called Speedway and the guy was there at the impound yard in 25 mins. Had the new keys cut in about 10 mins. If that wasn't enough, he hooked his computer to my suv and disabled my old key from working ever again! This guy is what customer service should be. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional locksmith.

Traveling for business in my personal car instead of company truck and it was a long day and once got to the office did not go anywhere till was getting ready to leave for the day that I could not find my keys. Thinking I must have left them in it that morning and then locked it. I called and answered phone right away, gave my address and Joe was right there within minutes. He unlocked car and keys were not in it, so he was looking into the best route cost wise to get me a key and not have to purchase the chip type and just a key to get home because had another set at home. After not finding keys in it, a coworker checked with a coworker that worked out of that office if an email was sent out to all building occupants reporting that a set of keys were found, sure enough someone turned in a set. Joe waited patiently till we made sure it was my keys. Joe was very nice and pleasant doing business with. Thank you!

Locking myself out of the house was a terrible end to an already terrible day. I locked my keys and phone inside of the house. So, after attempting to follow Google's lock picking suggestions for an hour...and in vain, I broke down and called a locksmith.
