They were awesome service and very quick but they quoted me 75 on the phone. I told them I had a chip and it needed to be programmed. The owner still said it would be 75 and I ended up paying over 200 for one key. It's not the price that bugged me just the under quoting when I said exactly what it was.

These guys are on point. I lost my vehicle door at a park. I called this service, they said they would be there in 20 minutes. In 20 minutes they were there. He assessed the situation and was very direct with what was needed and the cost. He was punctual in arriving and completing the work. NO NONSENSE. AAA service. I wanted a spare key but Nissan wanted to charge over $300 and after a few quotes I was offered a pretty good deal elsewhere but B1 was was able to give an even better deal and come to me which made it much more convenient. Excellent. We just bought a new house and needed all new locks. We called B1 this morning they gave us an appointment for 1pm and Dave showed up promptly at 1, he listened to what we wanted made a few suggestions and then did a complete and thorough job. When he was finished, he walked us around to check each and every lock to be sure they were all working properly while he was still here. And after all that he showed us the key in our key fob for our car in the event the clicker doesn’t unlock the car. Great service, reasonable prices. Thank you very much!

I would give him 10 stars if possible. He's very professional, friendly, and responsive. I asked Ben to cut and program a new key for my Mazda 6. I have asked another guy before and for some reasons he couldn't program it. Ben came and faced the same situation, after an hour of trying to program the key, he said there is a problem with my car. It doesn't accept the signal from other keys. Ben came back a day after with a special key that actually work! If I'd gone to a dealership I would've spent $200 extra. Amazing work! Please contact him for any locksmith inquiry!

The door leading to the garage from inside my house could not be opened because the locking mechanism jammed inside the door and prevented the knob from operating properly. I called B1 Locksmith and Ben arranged service for me the very same morning at 8 am. His technician, Dave, wore a mask and was extremely efficient and courteous when he assessed the situation. I needed a new lock and hardware, as well. He picked out a perfect matching knob for my current hardware, not easy to do as it is rubbed bronze and requires a skilled eye to find the matching finish on the new, replacement hardware, but Dave came through with flying colors! Thanks to B1 Locksmiths, my door works like new and looks like new! I could not be more pleased. The cost was very reasonable, as well. B1 Locksmith will be my choice in the future if I am ever in need of any locksmith services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B1 for all of your locksmith needs!

Had called 3 different companies was told the fee would be $85 to re-key a car door lock cylinder that I had removed from a Toyota Avalon. Went down to talk to these guys and was asked if he could see the cylinder. He cleaned it with a spray solution and the cylinder worked. NO CHARGE!! I would highly recommend these guys. Hard to find honest people these guys are.

I am the type who always loses everything important, with that said I have lost my keys three separate locksmiths and I must say that Ben of B1 locksmiths is superb. He said he was twenty minutes away and he arrived in 18 minutes( standing outside in June in Pheonix ) you count every minute without air conditioner). I contacted B1 Locksmith today regarding an issue I was having with my side door knob lock and that it would not lock my door when I turned it to the lock position. I asked if someone could come out today because I did not want to go another night with an unlocked door. A locksmith by the name of David came to my home to take a look at my door knob and lock. He informed my husband Ron and I that the problem was not with the lock, but rather with the door being out of alignment and that he could fix the door knob latch to fix the problem. I asked him to put in a new door knob and lock instead, and he said he would align the new door knob and latch. David was very professional, friendly, and neat. In no time I had a better door knob and lock than before, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend B1 Locksmith and am planning on using them again in the near future. I am giving B1 Locksmith and David a 5 star rating.

This was the weirdest experience for us both!
