My husband misplaced the only copy of the key fob to his Hyundai Santa Fe, so he couldn't drive the car anywhere. The dealer quoted us over $500 for the new fob plus programming it (plus we would have to have the car towed to the dealer for this). Ben came directly to the car and spent about 30 minutes working on finding the right key and getting it programmed, and he got it done. $260 all in- thanks so much for the great work!! Excellent Service . My step father locked his keys in his Audi. I called Nationwide Automotive Locksmith and within an hr the vehicle was unlocked. I was impressed from the initial call to their office and the tech (Brian) who was very professional and courteous. He made sure he called and gave me his estimated arrival time so I didn’t have to wait around. It took Brian less then 2 mins to unlock the door . I would highly recommend this company . My car key broke off when I was in the middle of moving and couldn’t find it anywhere. The dealership told me I would have to tow it in and wait 2 days for a key to made which wasn’t going to work. I found these guys on google and they were great. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and $160 and 20 mins later I had a new key to drive my car home. I told them the issue and they got right on it to get a technician to me. I called them at 6:30 pm, they called me back within 30 mins to let me know someone was on their way. They showed up less than 15mins after the call (in this horrible weather)and they made me a brand new key on the spot in under the 25 mins they would said it would be done. Being new to the area and not knowing any locksmiths, I randomly chose a nearby provider and decided to leave my information for a follow up with Nationwide as I misplaced my keys. The office contacted me immediately that morning and set up an appointment right away. The staff was extremely polite and professional the whole way through. Ben our locksmith was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to cut me brand new keys, after I misplaced mine. Ben also programmed the new set for me in a jiffy. The level of service they provided was top notch.
