Josh is great. My door was exceptionally locked and he deduced that the only way to get the door unlocked was to remove the panel, which had to be ripped out and pertnear destroyed. After discussing it, we came up with a plan and worked together. Then he had a guy that could come out and fix the actual mechanism that was shredded on the inside. He’s a guy who knows people and things. He’s super friendly and prompt. I’m grateful for him.

I needed some locks re-keyed immediately. I found Rock the Lock with good reviews so I gave them a call. Josh answered the call in 2 rings and was to my home in about 30 min. He changed the keys out on all the exterior doors of the home. Took him only about 45 min to do all 5 locks, have new keys, and on his way to save the next customer. Thanks foe great service!

Have kids they said! Lol yup the daughter locked our car upon exiting while keys inside. Response time was actually surprisingly quick. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Down to earth guy! Would recommend Josh "i believe" to anyone. Price was hard to beat. Used my insurance before and took forever. This was actually a pleasant experience thanks guys
