Best locksmiths in town! These guys will go above and beyond. Needed a new key fob and they were able to get one for me for a fraction of the price of the dealership. Also brought in an old lock from a 1910 house and they were able to get me a key made for it no problem.

I bought some Chevy keys online because I really wanted some spares for my car that had the Chevy logo on them, instead of the 3rd party key that has no logo. Went to several different places who refused to cut the keys for me because I didn't buy the 3rd party blanks from them. Keymasters had no issue cutting the key for me. The keys fit perfectly, and great customer service as well!

I am the Director of Emergency and Supportive Food Services for Catholic Charities in Omaha. Every month our Program brings truckloads of food to the Indian Reservation in Macy and Walthill, NE. This morning, the lock on our truck failed and we were unable to access our donations for the Omaha Tribe. I called Keymasters Locksmith in desperation, knowing Catholic Charities has always been pleased to do business with them. We were on a time crunch to move perishable foods and diapers. The gentleman we worked with was extremely positive and efficient. He cut the lock within minutes and sent us on our way to the Reservation - for free! Thank you for helping us continue to serve! Over 1,500 people received food and diapers today because of you! 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼

Mark was an excellent locksmith! I had 3 deadbolts and 1 handle to have re-keyed. He had the old locks taken off and swapped for new keys quickly and had the old locks working like they were new. I highly recommend Mark and Keymasters for any lock service you need done.

After having to deal with being locked out or not being able to lock my door due to a broken lock and multiple maint requests, I was well taken care of and the locksmith was very detailed. Bought an odd ball classic car with missing door keys. They educated me on how the locks worked and they were very patient with me as they were explaining it to me and as I checked for updates. I brought in door, glove box, and trunk locks, they made a key that works in all of them! I didn't have to track down a new matching lock set with keys. Saved me time and money. Was a great example of why you should trust these experts. Will definitely be back for all my key needs.

I went to a few other places before another business recommended I go here. I needed a safety box key copied and nobody in town would do it. They were able to assist me. Store was clean and open and the person assisting me was very professional. I even had a nice visit with another customer while waiting. Overall, this experience couldn't have been any better. I got locked out of my house on a hot morning with a dog and 3 month old. The original quote was that it would take an hour, but they made me a priority and someone was there within 20 minutes. Then, my lock was a kind you cannot pick. But the technician made a key from scratch and got us in. He was so kind!!

100% would recommend this business. I came in needing a Subaru remote programmed but unfortunately due to some unknown factors it wouldn't work. While I spent an hour here the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process - so despite my misfortunes I was fortunate to have gotten helped by a professional staff. Not every business deal or service has a positive result, and how you're treated for it says a lot about the business.

Unbelievable service! I had to have 2 door locks keyed because when I purchased my home I didn't have keys for the front door. My house is 100 years old and the locks were probably from the 50's. They sent their tech out and it keyed them on the spot. His name was Brian. The thing that struck me the most was I was struggling with getting my brother up the wheel chair ramp and he jumped right in and helped. That kind of service gets my vote! Oh, and the keys work great.

These people are the real Deal when it comes to keys. I was needing to replace the battery in my car key, went to 2 locations and they finally sent me to them. Ben the guy who helped me, took one look at my key said he can replace the battery just needed to make sure it was replaceable. Less than 2 minutes later he came back, with the new battery, showed me how to take my key apart and replace the battery. They fix key issues and look out for u at the same time. That's remarkable. Best service from a locksmith in town! I've used them all, and even though they're large and full service they never act like they're full of themselves and are always helpful efficient and quick. In the many years I have used them I have never had a key that didn't skip what it was supposed to because they asked when they cut a duplicate. I can't say the same for other locksmiths. These guys are stellar!

They care about their customers and are more than willing to step up. I’ve had them do my locks at home, key copies, and they have helped me in a pinch. Having someone leave a holiday party to unlock your door when locked out and not even charge is nothing less than being genuinely good people. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

If you are looking for fast, efficient, and incredibly courteous locksmith services, look no further! We had to have some locks replaced after moving into our new place. They made time for us the same day we called. Robert replaced two different lock mechanism, and made an extra house-key in less than 30 minutes!

I haven't had the need for a locksmith recently, but this place will have my business if I ever do. I appreciate that they always have the sidewalks cleared off in the winter! Seems like a little thing but it's big for myself and anyone else that uses the bus stop there. They even cleared a space in the snow that the city leaves by the curb! Thank you!

the guys do nice work but just ripped me off on cutting 3 blank keys (no chip) . They did not tell me a price before they charged me 28$. They have done well in the past but this transaction will be the last they see of me .

The guys are always nice enough. For the fake pandemic they locked the doors and won't let you in? I was standing outside and a storm blew in rather quickly. A gust of wind and a big branch broke off and fell in their parking lot, lucky for me I walked here. Myself and another guy ran around the corner to hide from the branches, wind and rain. But some little old Black lady was sitting in a chair in the parking lot and was scared half to death when the branches fell and almost hit her. These guys know locks and do them well, and if your a regular, they usually know their names. But when winter comes I wonder if they will still have you stand outside.

KeyMasters is the only place that I go to to have keys made. I gave up trying to have a spare house keys in the lake made at hardware stores and other shops. Half of them just didn’t quite work right. There is something to be said by having a professional do something that would be on the face of it very easy to do. Machines are automated to duplicate a key somehow can’t make a key that works and locks. This is never the case with any key made by Keymasters. I recently purchased a new home and had all the keys changed over and relax redone. They were very professional. They were on time. They worked quickly. Each and every key worked perfectly. They also gave advice on other things which could be done for the security aspects.

I called Keymasters to rekey my house and Brian came out the next day. He was absolutely excellent. Very professional and relatable and not only was able to rekey all of our locks for less than I had anticipated (and less than I got quoted at a few other places in town) but also did more than what was required and what I was actually paying for. Basically whoever had installed our locks put the in upside down, and he fixed them, even the locks that he wasn’t rekeying. It may not have seemed like a big deal to him but it was a huge deal to me and I am so glad I called keymasters!!!

I went for a new key on my trailblazer i got from the impound which the ignition key should have fit the door as well. It didnt. the gentleman was going to make me a new key, however, he said it was just filled with gunk, and to heat the key and plug it in the lock to melt the gunk out and they key should work. I haven't had a torch lighter to do this yet, but i am in hopes he is correct.

Called Keymasters today after my daughters Honda key broke in two, they gave me an idea over the phone what they could do and told me to stop in and they get it fixed up. That's just what they did! Keymasters made me a new key and used the insides from my old key. They reprogramed the key fob for me and the new key looks and works like new. I had previously paid over $200 to have a duplicate key made and programed at the Honda dealership with the same broken key that Keymasters was able to make new for less than $70. Very happy customer!

Key Master Moved in my old Music Store on Leavenworth Street. Creative Horizons Workshop. They've moved since then. The Shop Is Larger than the Place I Once Occupied. I have to say that if my store Creative Horizons Workshop Was Good Enough for Key Master to get going and the same thing with me. Besides if it was good enough for ANDY GIBB WHEN I INTERVIEWED ANDY I THINK IT HELPS TO START SMALL AND WORK YOUR WAY TO THE TOP. I ALWAYS HAVE MY KEYS MADE AT KEY MASTER BECAUSE THEY ARE SO GOOD AT THE WORK THEY DO. I ALWAYS HAVE A FEW EXTRA KEYS, JUST IN CASE... 😆 I HAVE NO OTHER REASON TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE KEY MASTER IS WELL WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH THE EXPERTS.
