My son locked his keys in his car the first night in his new apartment! Called for help at 1:00 in the morning and George answered on the third ring! Even though my son had woken us both up, LOL!, George was polite and courteous and we agreed that meeting early in the morning would be the best thing to do. True to his word he was there first thing and had us taken care of in under five minutes! I would recommend this service to anyone, and now I have them as a permanent fixture in my phone!

I highly recommend JC's Locksmith. I locked myself out oof my SUV. I called JC'S as they were recommended by my car dealer to make extra keys. I had not gotten around to getting the extra keys. Jorge the business owner, arrived from Omaha, to Council Bluffs at my lock out location. Jorge had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes. And I had him make me an extra key, right there in the parking lot. The extra key, of course depends on what kind of car you own. Jorge went far beyond the normal job of a lockout. Great fast service. I called literally five places because my fiancé locked her keys in the trunk of the car and not only was this the only person who could help out they were the fastest to help out. Took like 30 minutes to come to council bluffs from bellevue and make a key. Definitely recommend service.

I got locked out of my car with my phone inside it and had to call from inside a HyVee. JC's was good about not having a number to call me back at. They came as soon as they could (maybe 20 minutes?) and the man was super nice and professional. He used an air wedge and got it open in about 30 seconds. I'm not sure what the going rate for a locksmith is these days, but it felt pretty expensive - $65.

Today was a very cold day to be locked out of your vehicle. I was on my way home after my sons baseball practice and notice my keys were in my vehicle🙄. I was trying to open the door for 30 minutes, I gave up and called the fasted locksmith. Everyone was going to take 30 Minutes to an hour. However, I called Jc’s Locksmith and was told it would be 15 min or less but got there in less then 5 min. Thank god honestly!! It literally took him less then a minute to open my door meanwhile I took 30 minutes to no luck to try to open. Very friendly and very helpful thank you so much honestly. I really appreciate your service a lot.

Mr. JC was a gentleman and was quick about his service. Very professional. He started out with this company of his own because the company he previously had work for as a locksmith wasn't doing the right way of being legit! I like to stand by people who knows the difference between wrong and right. Plus not trying to make money off of people's ignorance. But Mr. JC has a great heart. I got a flat tire on my 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt from a pothole, and had to swap that out for a new tire. After I was done, I realized that I had locked my keys in the car as well. It was a very rough day, and JC’s Locksmith immediately dropped what he was doing and rushed out to help me. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. If this ever happens to me again I will be calling JC right away!

My car key to my Honda Civic broke. I called 5 different places and they all quoted me between $150-$300 just for the key. I found JC’s number on facebook and gave him a call. He came out and worked his magic. Got me a new car key and now I’m back up and running! He’s very nice and efficient. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
