I own a large commercial building with many retail spaces and the owner of United Locksmith OKC, Simon has rekeyed all the locks, made a master key, and changed commercial doorknobs for us. He has fixed all the other guys work we had hired in the past! We've had no problems since. He even opened a commercial vehicle we lost the key to and rekeyed the door! Very smart and knowledgeable. Simon was great!! I have used two other locksmith and received poor service - No so with United Locksmith OKC. Called and they set an appointment, called before the appointment to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. The repair to my ignition switch was fast and the service fee with new keys was way below what I had been quoted elsewhere. When I need a key or lock service again I know who I am calling - United Locksmith OKC. You should too, save yourself from those fly by night so called locksmith that overcharge, never come when they say they will or just don't show up and leave you hanging. Go with United Locksmith OKC and Simon will never treat you wrong!! Did I mention that United Locksmith OKC guarantees their work, gives you a working phone number, legitimate address and they are licensed by the State of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City. Did I mention they are local? Well they are, live and work right here in Oklahoma City. You ask, Why is that important? Because when you call some of those locksmiths whos ads pop up on Google today are likely gone tomorrow, well they are out of state, one from Arkansas and most from New York City. And you do not under any circumstances pay them up front because you will never see or hear from them again. United Locksmith does not do that, they will not take advantage of you even when in an emergency, they will come right on out and help you out. And you don't pay up front, they trust you. You will get a clear explanation of what is wrong with your lock or key, a fair estimate on what the repair will be and if they can fix it cheaper, will pass the savings right on to you and will not charge more than quoted. Overall fantastic experience! Would recommend! Work Done: Rekeyed residential home locks. 5 total, took about 30 minutes. BLUF: Great service, friendly, explained in detail the process and answered any questions I had, stuck to his low prices and was quick and efficient. Accepted card or cash. In Detail: Simon was on top of the ball with a quick quote (very low prices) when I first called and was able to setup an appointment fast! Appointment day, he called and asked if I was available earlier or to just show up at the appointment time. I was available earlier and he got here within 15 minutes as promised. He assessed the locks and the amount, quickly removed them and then did the work in his truck. I asked some questions while he was working, about the keys and how it works, he was able to answer them happily and did not mind me watching as he worked (I'm a curious person). After getting all the keys done, he replaced them all showing how the parts worked and tested every lock with every key to ensure it worked properly. Some doors had an issue with movement, not from his work but from a previous issue, and he was able to resolve that as well. Once all the locks were done and new keys handed over he asked cash or card, and payments were made with low prices as promised. I was able to receive both a paper receipt and an emailed receipt. Simon was very good at what he did and you could tell he was also passionate about his job! From start to finish this was a great experience and I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs any key/lock service. Thank you!

Worst day of my life the other day got dumped had horrible night at work and went to breakfast drinks with the girls who realized I needed an Uber and after said Uber left me in the pouring rain with nothing but my little work backpack to sit on the corner of a building and cry like a drunken vagrant. Later once I finally made it home, I wake up to find my keys so a friend can take me to pick up my car only to find out they must have been lost in this Uber that I didn’t order for myself…. This is the first locksmith I saw that was 24/hr service. This man showed up as my knight in the shining white locksmith van busted straight up in my car like a pro and got me a key that would work for now. He went and ordered the proper one and gave me a discount on the faulty one and now if I have an emergency I have one to fall back on. He’s an amazing guy! And my new hero! I definitely recommend this service to anyone. He will treat you nice and respectful when you feel like your having one of the worst moments of your life!

I had my tailgate stolen and bought a used one to replace it. Needed the cylinder changed to fit my key. I called and asked what he could do and he offered to come do it for me, but I am a DIY guy so I asked if he had better options. He offered to have me take a picture of my key and he would decode it through the picture. Within 6 minutes, while he was already on his way to another job, he had the solution. I couldn't get my second key to lock or unlock my car.. it would start it but wouldn't unlock or lock... he talked me through how to reset my key and I didn't get it the first 2 tries and United locksmith was going to come and do it for me but it worked on the 3rd try after I was off the phone with him...
