My boyfriend locked his keys in his car during the winter snow/ice storm. Within 30 minutes, Amit drove in the ice and unlocked the car door. He could have charged a lot more due to the road conditions, but his pricing was fair and on the low end compared to others. Timely, on a Saturday evening when other didn't respond. Confusion on the 1st charge of $275.00 instead of the quoted $240.00. He did keep trying to clarify the price and used better locks than I had purchased, and I needed 6 lock changes which saved me $, and better quality. On his 2nd/recall visit, I did not like the way he ground my door lock receiver down to thin to be secure on one of my Deadbolts he changed that wasn't aligned and would not lock. When I stated this he said the screws hold the bolt in place. I do not agree, and I'll have to replace it myself.

WOW! I called this morning about having some doors re-keyed and matching some security locks. He said that he would be here in 30 minutes, it was only 25 minutes!! His car has the name of the business on it, and he showed up wearing a mask. Super polite and very professional. Prices were quoted over the phone, he stood by those prices, which were extremely reasonable. If I could give more than five stars I would. I only save phone numbers for companies that I would highly recommend, and that I wouldn't hesitate to do business with again. Now I have a locksmith on my speed-dial!!

My toddler locked himself in our master bathroom at 6:30 in the morning. Amit changed his plans and came to our house immediately to help. He was there within ten minutes and had my son out within a minute of arrival. He then proceeded to place a new door knob for us so this wouldn’t happen again.
