I just had a new key made for my vehicle. I was surprised at how fast and efficient the guys were. I only have one key and since my daughter will start using my car to get to work. I wanted to make sure I had I had a back-up key for any emergency. They were prompt and did it while I was at work.

It literally took Ryan less then 15 min to arrive to my location and took him 2 seconds to unlock my vehicle. No damage to my car what so ever!! The price was $142 which I was blown away but I had no choice. TIP: Make sure your keys are on you (pockets) when not in your vehicle!!

The service was great. Andre, the representative I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful. The service technician was friendly and efficient. I wasn’t too excited about the price but there’s nothing I can do about that lol.

The key this machine cut wasn't identical to the key I inserted and it ended up not fitting the lock. Customer service was great and they gave me a full refund and a code to cut another free of charge, however that key didn't work either. Oh well.
