This guy knows his buisness and he is dedicated to his craft. My ignition was stripped. I was unable to start my car while at his shop. He stayed hours after close to get my car started. He could have easily left me there or told me to tow my vehicle away...I really appreciate his consideration and professionalism

Very knowledgeable people working in this shop. I always go to Duhon's to get a key cut or a lock rekeyed. Never had a problem. There is a reason that the big box stores can't compete with places like this, it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Duhon' staff is actually happy to help you. They are a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Duhon's ordered and cut a key for my car, unfortunately they couldn't program it. This required a trip to the dealership and paying for an hour of labor for the dealer to program the key. The gentleman was nice the whole time, but losing the extra time and money was not a great experience. Would use them for house keys, but not car keys.

I didn't buy anything here. I went in, hoping to get copies of an unusually small key. Turns out, the key is for an 'import' lock... and there are no 'blanks' available. This 'review' is actually for the guy at the counter [ I assumed that he is the owner ]. He was very helpful... and willing to answer all of my questions... knowing that I wouldn't be buying anything. Yeah...... thanks!
