I called MJ Lock & Key on Thursday Oct 21, 2021 to price a new key fob for my truck. From the very first phone call Rachel was so polite and knowledgeable. She said she would call back to confirm if the technician could do the job. The very next day she called to confirm they could. The price she quoted was phenomenal! The technician that came was Matt. Let me tell you this guy is super talented, friendly and knows his stuff. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for professionalism and top notch service. They offer it! Again, thank you for a job well done.

Totally professional service!! Technician was here very fast to get my keys out and was very expertise in the method he chose. I was not worried about my car at all as previously with other companies. Driver arrived in a marked car and uniform and looked very professional and was super kind. As previously experienced lucky in my keys out of the car most places like this the people that I have dealt with have acted like it was an inconvenience to even come do their job my technician seem to enjoy when he does and we joked around and it made me feel less of a goofball for locking my keys in my car in the first place! He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with the process used getting the keys out of my car which I know is a very hard thing to do!! I would recommend them to anyone now and don’t want anyone else touching my car should something else like this happen! I also noticed the advertisement on the company vehicle that do fuel delivery, amazing if you run out of gas! Also jump starts and tire changes. As a female thinking of being stranded somewhere or even locking my keys out at home I will highly recommend this company!!!

They were awesome! Mack showed up in less than 15 minutes I was so impressed. He was kind and friendly I was freaking out because the only car key we had was locked in the car . This company deserves some kudos he even offered to cut me an extra key and it was reasonably priced. I didn’t even think about the extra key! This company was arranged through my insurance's Roadside Assistance. They gave me an ETA twice and when they were already late for the 2nd time they gave me a 3rd ETA and were STILL late. Also charged me $5 extra for gas since I didn't have cash on me. The gentleman that came out was very polite and got the job done quickly. If I had known it would take as long as it did I would have made alternate arrangements for service.

Most inexpensive vehicle locksmith I could find! Nice lady gave me an accurate estimate for time and the locksmith called my phone a few mins before arrival. Locksmith popped the lock on my van in less than 3 mins. Definitely worth the $50 cash! They do cards too!

I locked my keys in my car tonight, and so had to call a locksmith to get in to it, and Twenty Four-7 Locksmith was great! They arrived within 15 minutes of my calling them, the driver was very polite and friendly, and conveniently had the Apple square app so I could pay with my credit card. I called a few different locksmith places and felt very pushed and unclear on how much it would cost to get a new key for my car. Mine had been stolen so I thought it should be a pretty simple job. I was never told by several of the other shops that I would need to show proof of ownership until I talk to 24/7 locksmith. Matt the technician went above and beyond to help me figure out what documents I can provide to be able to get my key made. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and I was grateful to work with a man that really cares about his job and what he's doing. He went above and beyond and that always helps when you're going through something like that.

Something is going on in the force! Delays and shaking! And blow outs!Today’s travel karma got me! Heading home after my appointment this afternoon and I had a flat over on Charlotte Avenue. Slowly limbed to the Mapco parking lot. Called VERIZON roadside Assistance, they called Twenty-four-7....and after an hour wait.... they showed up! Great guy, Sam, seems all the CMA people had roads closed, and there were several other vehicles in front of me waiting on assistance! Tourist! Lots of trouble on the roadways tonight. It was his day off! Wow! He came to my rescue... kind, courteous and had me on my way in no time! Hope he got overtime! Anyway made it home by 9:00. Thanks Sam!
