If I could give Lockout Pros a 10-star rating, I would! Rick was my hero this morning. I broke my car key off in my trunk at the Walmart parking lot in Dickson (with my dogs stuck in the locked car) ON A SUNDAY MORNING and not only did Rick get to me in less than 5 minutes, but he also was able to cut me 2 brand new keys AND get my broken key out of the trunk for an incredibly reasonable price. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. He was also very kind and patient with me which meant a lot as I was kind of frantic and a tad panicky in the moment. 10/10 recommend!

This local locksmith business is awesome. I completely lost my keys so I called a dealership. My keys are actually a key fob that’s used to start the vehicle so it requires programming. The dealership wanted $300 to replace and program a new key fob. Plus the dealership wanted me to tow my truck to them so they could program the key. A standard tow is $175. Not wanting to spend almost $500 just to buy a key I searched for other options. I found Lockout Pros on google and reached out to them. They were in my driveway in less than 45 minutes and had another key programmed for me shortly after. My favorite part of course was the price. Extremely reasonable pricing and fast service. Thanks Lockout Pros! Your number is now in my contacts list in my phone!

My daughter locked her only key in the car and within 25 minutes Rick was there and had my daughters car unlocked. While there we made plans to get an extra key fob made so we would have a spare. Rick ordered the key and it came in just a few days. He came out to our house to program the key in bad weather and on a holiday. Very upstanding guy and the price can’t be beat!
