This is the BEST Locksmith Service that I’ve ever used. My car keys were stolen when I was in downtown Nashville and my car was parked in a parking garage. I had a tow service come out the next day to tow the car. They also guaranteed me that their tow truck would be able to fit into the garage to tow it out, but that was a complete lie. They even charged me an extra $100 for that service. The tow truck service said that they would need a key to be able to move my car out of the parking garage. So I had to pay a locksmith to make me a key that could turn my car on, but it wouldn’t start the car because the key needed to be programmed. I had the car towed to my home, and reached out to Armstrong Locksmith (Raheem)! Raheem came to my home the next day, programmed my car keys, and threw in a spare key for a discounted price. I also had him install new locks on all of my doors in my home, and he gave me a great price to have that done! Raheem did an AMAZING job with my car locks and my house locks! I was also given 6 keys to my home. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received! If you need any locksmith services done, I HIGHLY recommend using this company! You will not regret it!

Was out the next day on time and got me setup in less than 10 minutes. Extremely fairly priced. Happened once before and was an extra $100 from what he charged. Amazing customer service, very reasonable pricing, quality replacement keys. Highly recommend. I drive a 2002 Mercedes C240 which is a nightmare when it comes to replacement keys. Mercedes is very strict with their policy, and although rightfully so, getting a replacement is very expensive. My car came with only one key FOB and a replacement from MB directly is $400 + tax. Armstrong charges $295. Today I only needed a replacement mechanical emergency key. To save money I ordered two blanks from Jeff Bezos' store and brought those to Armstrong to get them cut. They quoted me reasonable $25 per key (a different locksmith quoted my $55 for the same job!) which they did. Unfortunately the key blank I brought them wasn't of the best quality and had too much tolerance, and it ended up unlocking the driver side door but not the trunk (to explain; that key blade sticks inside the key FOB and is necessary if the car battery is dead and won't open with the remote FOB). The gentleman at Armstrong tried to trace it one more time, but it wouldn't work, so they cut two of their own blank keys which are closer to OEM specs and those worked without any issues. They would've just given those to me, but I tipped 20 bucks which was still cheaper than any other option. I now have a favorite locksmith/key duplication shop in town.

After an exceptionally poor experience with a competitor, I called Armstrong Locksmith and was told that a technician would be on the scene within the hour. The technician arrived within fifteen minutes and completed his task in very little time. He came in, did his job, took his pay, said thank you, and went about his day. Quick, affordable, and kind. An absolute lifesaver. Used their services a few weeks back to have front door keys made. Gentleman was timely, curteous and professional. Today (Labor Day) had a problem with our 2009 Audi door lock stuck and would not allow the door to latch, thus basically undrivable. I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offer to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I’m overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service!

I can't believe the quality of service I received from Rahim. I was on a trip from Ohio visiting Nashville for a conference. I lost my 2009 Toyota Prius keys on a Saturday and the dealerships weren't able to help me until Monday when I had to be back for work. I found Armstrong Locksmith through the Toyota dealership and he did everything he could to help me out. The keys to this car are extremely rare and hard to work with and he contacted other locksmiths after work hours and was able to obtain a set that would work with my vehicle. He showed up at 9:30 pm and cut and reprogrammed the key onsite. This is by far the best customer service I've ever received in any situation let alone in an emergency.

Great Customer Service!!! This is a FIVE STAR Locksmith Company I needed a spare key cut and programmed for my 2007 BMW 525i. I went into the Armstrong Locksmith storefront location in the evening around 7:30pm. I was treated like I was the first customer of the day. Greeted with a smile and the locksmith was ready to help me with what I needed. The locksmith was very personable and knowledgeable about my particulate vehicle. Wonderful, professional experience at a fantastic value! I am so thankful to have found Armstrong Locksmith, Inc. After researching and contacting several local locksmiths, I had almost given up on my quest for a replacement auto lock/unlock key. Other locksmiths in the area failed to return calls, they missed appointments, and they quoted me unreasonable rates/turnaround times. In contrast, Armstrong was timely and friendly from the very beginning. I called and spoke with a LOCAL human being who was very helpful. They were able to meet me at work THAT DAY to replace my key. They sent text reminders of the appointment and actually arrived a few minutes early to our appointment. When it turned out that my scenario called for ordering another part, they gave me a temporary key for the meantime and scheduled another appointment with me to bring the replacement key at my earliest convenience. Once again at the second appointment, they communicated regularly, arrived promptly, and produced a new dealer key for me in under 10 minutes. What's more?--they were able to provide this service at a significant savings compared to the dealer in a much more convenient manner for my schedule. I will never go anywhere else! I have an 2007 s-type jaguar and wanted a duplicate key made since I only had one key for my car. I called all over Nashville trying to find someone who could at least cut another key for me so I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a dealer to do it. I finally found Armstrong Locksmith and they were not only able to cut me a duplicate key, but also program a key with a remote for a fraction of the dealerships price. Their work is excellent and they even offer a 6 month warranty if anything should go wrong with their keys, even though I haven't heard of that happening. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Locksmith, especially if you have a foreign car with a tricky key. You'll get the same quality key for a more affordable price.

The key froze in our home security door and we could not lock the door. This was on Saturday and we called and they said to bring the lock assembly in and they would look at it. Took the guy about 5 minutes to fix the lock and we were on our way. It works perfectly and is very smooth. This is on a 25 year old security door so finding parts would be a nightmare. Had issues with a new deadbolt on a front door not working properly today, effectively locking me out of my house. Armstrong answered the phone quickly and came right away and not only helped me get into my house, but looked at both the deadbolt and the doorjamb, made some adjustments, and replaced some hardware and screws to ensure that the door wouldn't get stuck and jammed again. I called because I had lost my fob car key and my other key wasn’t working as well, not only did he show me a trick over the phone on how to start my car, but also fixed the battery for me so that my extra key would work and was nice enough not to charge me. This is what real service looks like. I called 10 other places who never even told me how to get it started without the key working, all because they wanted to make money off of me. Had a great experience. Lost set of keys with fobs on them and was ready to go to a dealership to have new ones programmed (not cheap!) I emailed Armstrong and they were very responsive and came out as scheduled and on time. One key fob was no problem - small issue with other one as it wasn't an exact match (my fault). I was blessed with 2 FREE keys made for my car on yesterday. Armstrong Locksmith is an amazing company, ran by a great guy-Raheem.. I was absolutely floored when told me that a $45-55 service was going to be FREE to me. I called this company late evening, back in January to have my doors unlocked. My key fob wasn't working. The technician came out very quickly to unlock my door. I talked with Raheem over the phone and he made a deal with me to have a key made for my door the next day. I showed up yesterday, 4 months later. Raheem greeted me so kindly and immediately got his tools, went to my car and my keys were made in less than 10-15 minutes. Did I mention he also cleaned my key fob. I will refer this conpany to anyone who is need of locksmith service. If I could rate then higher than a 5-Star, they absolutely would get it. Wednesday, my car door slammed shut locking my keys in the ignition with my car running, in my driveway, while on empty.. Along with my phone and purse in the car. I tried the old coat hanger trick but my car will only allow you to unlock the door by actually flipping the lock. So I called the first locksmith on Google in my area. They were so nice and told me they could get to me in about 10 mins. Once the guy arrived he got me back inside of my car in less than 2 minutes. Very professional and highly recommended. My wife lost both sets of her keys to her Hyundai and they were the FOB keys. We had also had an aftermarket remote start on the car which was a nightmare to begin with. Anyway, Armstrong came out immediately and got the car going. He wasn't happy with it at first due to the remote start acting a bit funny. He actually got our car going within minutes but insisted on returning to ensure everything was ok with the car. He ended up ordering us another brand new FOB to replace the one that he was not happy with and delivered it a few days later at no extra charge, WOW! This guy is above 5 stars, I Promise you! Armstrong sent a locksmith out to replace the door handle on my storm door, as the lock and handle was sticking. I had already purchased a new handle kit from Lowe's and only needed someone to do the exchange. However, when the locksmith accessed the issue, what I had purchased was not the issue with the door. The mechanism that works with the door handle was not working and that part was not included in the kit. He worked on getting that part working and oiled all the door handling pieces. The locksmith was very friendly and helpful. Would use again.

He said he would be there in 15 min. Yes! He was there in that period of time, popped my lock, & I was on my way by 9:30 (mind you I got coffee first before I called him).
