David was very professional! I called to inquire about an appointment thinking it would be hours or later in the day before a locksmith could come out and David arrived within an hour! David went above to provide to me with a 5 star treatment! My daughter is heading to college and we needed a duplicate key but only had a keyfob only. Not only did David duplicate the key fob, he was able to cut a new key as well! No sales gimmicks or marking campaigns, just good old fashioned customer service! So, in the middle of the night, I called from out of state (KS) for them to assist my mother who was locked out of her car in Franklin, TN. Without hesitation, they responded to her location and were able to unlock her vehicle for her as her phone had died. Not only did they respond and unlock her vehicle but went above and beyond what a locksmith is asked to do by showing compassion and concern. Saved me over $600! The dealership wanted to charge me for a new ignition switch and labor. I snuck in on them and they weren't expecting it. I went and looked they hadn't even touched my car, they tried my key and that's it. Be patient with David and arrival times. He sticks around to make sure the job is done right. Our family of four (two young kids) came home late one night after driving all day (from Florida), only to find ourselves locked out of our house. Long story! Anyway, we called several local locksmiths with 24-hour service since it was around midnight. We got ahold of several, only to have them refuse to come help us even though they offered 24-hour service! It was very frustrating. Last number to call was Affordable Locksmith. They had a guy here within 20 minutes. He was very nice and had us in our home in a matter of a few minutes. We are very appreciative of this company, especially since they were the only 24-hour service who actually meant that they want to help families in need. I called early morning after locking my keys in my house and was quoted a standard price and 20-30 minute window of arrival. David came early and had the door open within a couple of minutes. It's nice to deal with a company that values customer's time and are experts in their field. Hopefully I wont lock my keys in the house again, but if I do I'll surely be calling Affordable Locksmith! First time I’ve ever written a google review before because David was such a big help! Was just locked out of my house at 1 AM and showed up to my house within 30 minutes of my first contact with him. After he quickly unlocked the house for me (I’m not joking about this next part) he left and then I relocked myself back out of my house. A follow up to my original post: I did contact David again, we agreed to meet out near his office at a set time, Fortunately, I was able to catch him between jobs and he satisfactorily programmed my pre cut key and Fob for my truck, He was efficient and courteous and , good to his word, offered to do it for free. I thought meeting him halfway financially would be appropriate and so gave him half of his normal fee and we both went on our way, hopefully, both reasonably satisfied with the outcome. I called last week to get my Honda Ridgeline key programmed, they said someone would be out the following day at 3pm. Next day, no one, showed up no phone call., nothing. I called the company the following day to ask what happened, they said they would look into it and get right back to me, never heard from them again. I look forward to the owners snarky comments that he likes to post when people give a bad review. I was never rude, I was patient and polite. So - what are you going to say negative about me after stating tthe basic facts?

I called them to send someone my way at 10:40 pm and David had unlocked my vehicle, made me an extra copy of the key, and left by 11:10. 30 minutes is all it took! He was so friendly and was super affordable! 10/10 would recommend!!

I called him for a qoute and explained what was happening with my lock, he asked a few questions and recommended a simple technique of spraying the lock with WD40. I did it and it worked! We had our new house rekeyed and they did their job perfectly. Now the doors open smoothly (as you had to jiggle the keys and push a little bit on the front door to lock/unlock them). I'd recommend using them for anything and I'd recommend rekeying your house when you buy a new one.
