I called in a frantic because I was locked out my business suite and Mohamad was very nice to me over the phone he ask for me to send a picture so he can give me a quote I did and he quoted me a very fair price and he gave me an estimated time of arrival! As promised he arrived to my place of business and was very professional and asked to see my Id to verify my business (I really appreciated that) but I did not have it on me…yes that type of morning. Mohamad was very nice and allowed me to call building manager and waited until verification could be done!!!! Had these guys change out my locks and keys when my truck keys got stollen and they did fast good work. They broke my mirror adjustment knob changing out the door lock and were very fast and professional about fixing it with no change. And 8 months later my key fob to lock unlock my doors got un-programmed and he quickly came back out reprogrammed my key and also gave me another key fob as a back up with no change!

Such a nice man and very secure. He made sure to verify the vehicle was in fact registered to myself and worked as quickly as possible all together around 30-45 minutes. I recommend having cash to avoid sales tax. I broke my key in the door and he helped remove that! My key was for an old car 07 saturn and I paid less than 160$. GREAT for me. Great business! Definitely recommend going to them for any issues. I contacted Muhammed on Sunday and he was able to give me a quote for a new fob key for a 2017 Nissan Sentra. (About $125 cheaper than the dealership’s quote) I told him that I would be available on Tuesday at 1pm he arrived on time and also programmed my fob key in less than 5 mins! He was very nice and had great customer service skills.

I cannot say enough good things about 615-locksmith. I stupidly locked my 11 month old son in our car parked at home. He was safe and fine but scared, I was distraught. I called 615-locksmith, he picked up on the first ring, I briefly told him the issue, and once he heard my son was inside, he said “I’ll be there in 15 minutes.” He was, and came running to the vehicle. Our son was out in less than 2 minutes. He even gave us a spare battery for our key fob that had died. I feel an immense amount of gratitude for his service and compassion. The key to my 04 Lexus broke. It’s not a common key and everyone I called said I would have to go to the dealer. I called 615. Mohamad said he could be at my location in 45 minutes. Hands down the best locksmith in Nashville, probably the best in the state. We had a major lock in problem where we were stuck outside on a balcony, and our locksmith did absolutely everything he could, even waiting for someone to bring a latter to literally CLIMB UP to our balcony to let us in. And even after waiting almost an hour for someone to bring us a latter, his price was absolutely reasonable, and well deserving of a great tip. When one of our property keys came up missing, I am so glad I called 615 Locksmith. Mohammed showed up, when he said he would. He tried numerous times to try and unlock the deadbolt and door knob lock. We didnt have a choice but to drill the lock.
