Clear communication, fair pricing, and great timing. This team deserves all the praise they get! I was referred to The Key Guys after discovering that the emergency key inside my fob was blank. For further context, the battery of my Lincoln MKZ died and I had no way of getting into my car and jumping it without a key. Robot met me at my office's parking ramp 3 days later and cut my key for me. The process was quick (~15 minutes), and Robot was patient and informative. Despite the mega-bummer of the original situation, I'm glad I had The Key Guys to help me through it.

Great service. Price was 33% cheaper than the other company i called to compare prices. On Friday the other guy told me for $225.00 they will come and cut a chipped key plus program it. The key guys came out Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. & did the same thing for $150.00 plus gave me a spare key. They show up driving new professional looking vans with all their tools hung up perfectly so they can find them easily. Making them quick & efficient. If you use them & some guy by the name of Robot calls to let you know he's on his way don't let the name bother you. He's a great guy that knows his bussiness well. As for the whole company. They have 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google. They must have went to a crabby customer somewhere along the way to loose only 1/10 of a star over all the years that they have been in bussiness.

We broke a key to a Chevy Silverado and did not have a backup Key. It took us hours of trying to program a new key we had made at ACE hardware and after programming the key it still didn't work. So we called around for help and we were referred to Thekeyguys.com. They told us they were the best around. The Key Guys- I was given the referral by Fury Chrysler Motor employee and I am thankful he did,one things that's a problem with the new cars is losing the key fob it is expense to have it replace the first I lost my key fob I had to have my car towed to the car dealer which cost me $100. the after getting my car to the dealer the cost was $350+ for a key fob and for them to program, but I must say it was a blessing to be able to call The Key Guys, He respond quickly to my call, gave me a time he would be arriving and I must say he was on time and did the job quick and was reasonable. I hope I will not have to experience this again, but if I do, I will call "The Key Guys" their service was excellent and saved me money. I called several places and The Key Guys were the only ones who actually answered the phone. The service was great, very professional, and they were at my place within the hour. The service was cheaper than what my dealership was asking for and my dealership wanted me to tow my car there. Bryan replaced my car's key fob and tested it to make sure it worked. The only downside is that the replacement fob has an actual key that no longer unlocks my door or glove compartment should I want to use valet service or use keys to enter my car if my fob malfunctions. Other than that, they were great!

KEY GUYS ARE AWESOME! Its concerning how often I lock my keys in the car, but luckily, these guys are wonderful to work with. My last experience with them was thankfully a while ago (keeping fingers crossed) In February, I locked my keys in my car on my lunch break and had to taxi back to my work. Not going to lie this interaction started off rocky. It began Monday Feb 5th, my mother and I had been calling around trying to get a key fob made for a 2016 jeep renegade and found this place. The guy that answered the phone just kept saying I got 20 cars ahead of you and don't have an estimated time. Being in the situation I was in I wasn't he happiest camper so his response to me didn't necessarily make me too happy in that moment. fast forward to Tuesday feb 6th, he actually called my mom and I back saying he was ready to come out and fix it. We were pretty much to the point of towing it to my dealer until we got his call. Thankfully we did. Saved me a few hundred bucks. Once he arrived the process to make the key maybe took 20 mins I was pretty shocked. He was friendly and also let me know Monday is probably the worst day to call for locksmith!

Bryan really helped me out of a jam! I was on a business trip down in Texas when my laptop bag was stolen with my only set of keys to my Van in it. I called him and explained that I’d be leaving shortly for my flight but once I got back to Mpls I’d have no way to unlock or start my car and get it out of the pay lot it was parked at. Bryan offered to go over to my van while I was in flight and get it rekeyed I got off my flight gave him a call he had it all done and he even had to jump it to get it to start so he could rekey it!
