Ben was amazing! He arrived within 15 minutes. He explained what he was attempting to do, and made certain to check with me before going forward with something that would cause damage. I got locked out of my 1925 condo with original doors, and he managed to get in. When he was finished he answered all my questions on how to replace the piece we had to remove- he checked in the following morning to see if I had any problems doing so and offered to come out and help install. Happy this hot mess found a reliable locksmith!

My key refused to turn the ignition and it was definitely not the way to start a Monday. I called Star Locksmith and the nice dispatcher told me they could be over in 20 minutes. .Ben called a few minutes later and was on spot super fast.He replaced my ignition and keyed it to match my door keys, which haven't had a working key for almost a year now.. I hope I never need their services again, but they'll be my first call if I do.

Ben is such a great locksmith!!!! I hade an issue with my door, and he was able not only to fix it, but to make it work perfect!!! It was a very expensive handle set we bought from Baldwin, and were worried it would have to be replaced. Ben found the problem and repair it same day and charge a portion of the cost of new hardware!!!!! Thank you!!!!

The guy got right to work and got me back in the car within seconds and he has all the equipment in the back for I swear EVER KEY YOU CAN MAKE. He also said the he can do the programming to the key as well for BMW,Audi and GMC. And he was there in 25 mins or less. Would recommend again.

If you find yourself locked out of your car, (in my case I locked my boyfriend and myself out of his car) call Star Locksmith. If it wasn’t for Daniel I don’t think that my boyfriend and I would’ve recovered from that because if we had to call towing company that would’ve been so expensive. So let me tell you guys my experience with this amazing guys. I called so many company’s in the area , maybe 6. 4 of those company’s told me that they can’t open my safe ( that unfortunately my grandpa passed away and only he knew the code.) The other 2 company’s want to over charge me Crazy amount of $ . We almost gave up and then we found out this place. Where step into the store and the owner promised me that he can open the safe in affordable price. I was suspicious but I decide to give it a try. We set up a meeting for the next day morning. The technician was there on time with all the necessary tools. And within 35 min the safe was open. We definitely going to use them again in the further. Thank you Michael and thank you lockstar Locksmith.

i lost my car keys and these guys came and made me a new key right on the spot, saved me from towing my car to a dealership and getting screwed by the dealer. Reasonable prices, great service, and they are determined to help, the guy stayed with me for almost 2 hours till he got it right because my alternator was busted and couldnt turn on the car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was locked outside my apartment in the middle of the night , I came back from a meeting with my friends and couldn't find my keys , i was looking everywhere , and couldn't find it ! I had the gross misfortune of losing the keys to my 2003 Honda Accord Coupe. I called Lockstar Locksmith, and they sent their man, Moti Shu-Ben in a matter of 20 minutes to a half hour of my having called them-- and I am based in The Pelham Bay section of The Bronx, along the 6 Line. Moti was polite, professional, expedient and they were reasonable with their prices for a new key and a spare key as well.
