I was visiting the Minneapolis area from about 500 miles away. I stopped at a hotel, and accidentally locked the keys to my vehicle in the trunk at 8pm on a Sunday night. I called a few numbers after a Google search. Riley showed up about 10 minutes after placing the call. He explained what he was going to do to get into my vehicle. After about 5 minutes, he was in and I was able to retrieve my key from the trunk. Considering the cost, it was well worth it. I had actually considered breaking my own car window, and driving home with a busted window. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of lock services.

I hope that I don't lock myself out of anything again, but if I do, I have Emerald Locksmith on speed dial. They got to me quickly, even after hours, and had good communication about when they'd get here. Riley was polite, knowledgeable, and effective. He gave me options for getting back in to the house, and managed to get us in pretty quickly. The price was reasonable, too.

I called Emerald Locksmith as a last ditch effort to get one out today to a listing I have where someone locked front door knob & there was no key for. The office dispatched right away, got call few min later & service tech got out there in less than an hour, before I could even get there! ALEX IS THE BEST!! Overall working with everyone else it was a little painful, but once Alex came out as my technician he went above and beyond to give me great service. I needed a new key fob back in November and in December it wasn’t working properly, Alex was very happy to talk me through what might be going on and found a solution! Again I was having issues (the battery) and I reached out to the company. Immediately Alex called and again spent time walking me through a solution! 6 out of 5 stars for Alex!

Arthur came out and replaced several locks for us. He did a great job. The doors shut better than before and he even made sure the locks matched the color/style my wife wanted and made sure they were all right side up. Very professional, personable, and efficient. Price seemed a bit excessive, but 4 new locks at Home Depot would've cost ~400, so a 20% markup for labor wasnt actually that bad.

I cannot say enough good things about Omer (Tech Manager on his card) and Emerald Locksmith. I live 2 hours away and was helping my elderly aunt who had her stolen car recovered but without the keys with it. I wasn't getting call backs and when I did, the others weren't helpful. Omer was knowledgeable on what was needed and what we had to bring with us. He even touched base with us on our drive over and was there within 2 minutes of us arriving. He was kind, professional and fast. I'd give 10 Stars if I could. Highly recommend!

The driver, Kendrick, waited for me to go get money from an ATM, and when my card didn't work due to a card error of some sort, he offered to help get me with cash by me paying him through pay pal. This is going above and beyond what he needed to do and it saved me hours! This is what everyone is looking for in any business - to go above and beyond when possible.

ARTHUR the locksmith assisted me. This is a great service. I was stuck. It was cold so I went to a coffee shop to wait for my apartment emergency service - they were unable to help in time. I live in a townhouse with a separated garage. I was on my way to work, stepped out of the door, and realized I didn't have my keys. Went back to the door, but the thumb latch was on. Garage locked too. Standing in the cold, I called my insurance agent, but they will only unlock car doors. Called work and told them I'd be late. I decided to walk to the Holiday for coffee, which was about an 8 minute walk. While there I Googled locksmiths. First place didn't answer. Then I dialed Emerald. The woman at the desk ( I forgot her name) said she would have someone call me back. Arthur called me back immediately, and said that he was 8-10 minutes away. I told him that was good, because I had to walk back. Got back home, and thought I'd have to wait for another 15 minutes or so, but Arthur was there in 2. In about 3 minutes he had his tools out, and the door opened! The price was more than expected, but I was glad to pay, and get back inside. I'll call again, I know.
