This is the only locksmith I’ve ever taken my keys. They do an incredible job and are very affordable. The key on my fob snapped and I didn’t want to go to the dealership to rekey a spare. I ordered a blank from eBay and brought it over to Central Lock to see what they could do. Within minutes Tyler recut a new key, tested it in my ignition, and reprogrammed the fob for a fraction of the time and cost of a dealership. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

Had a key made yesterday, and the key didn't turn the lock when I checked it. Brought it back this morning and they fixed it up right away, and gave me a second key for free!! Both days the service was helpful and prompt; They definitely care about you and delivering service. *We had a car key made here last year as well after our car was stolen and rekeyed, they were very helpful at that time.

I went in to have 2 keys made got my keys and bought a safe from them. Great price and they delivered it to my basement and set it up for $300.00 delivery fee safe weighed almost 900 pounds and they didn't scratch the safe or my house. The place to go for any lock, key or safe . nice well stocked locksmith

$80 to open a locked car, I’m pretty sure they are the cheapest around in the twin cities. Also make keys for cheap. Very helpful and friendly as well.

Wow, they were great. Our front door deadbolt stopped working, leaving my wife stuck outside and me inside. A technician from Central Lock was able to come out quickly and got us fixed up for what we though was a very reasonable charge. Technician was friendly and efficient and explained all our options along with why he was doing what he was doing. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

I have a 37 year old cutaway van that has several different doors and compartments, all of which I didn’t have keys for. When I took it to a different locksmith three weeks ago, they took photos of the locks, and have allegedly been doing research since to figure out how they can help me out. Tired of waiting for a response, and after someone referred me, I went yesterday to Central Lock and Safe. In less than 30 minutes, Mark and Tyler managed to rekey and duplicate every single one of the locks. They were cool and friendly, prices were very reasonable, and most importantly, they did a fantastic job. I’ve found my locksmith for life, and if you’re searching for one, search no more.

I have been a customer of Central Lock and Safe for over 15 years. I have used them for security & lock service. I also purchased a safe from them. They have always been professional and honest to work with. Recently, I had issues with my security system after a power outage. I called them and they were willing to come out but were able to walk me through the process to fix the issue. The system is know functioning properly. While in Central Lock and Safes showroom, I have witnessed Central Lock working with other customers on the phone and in person. They have been very professional and courteous in every instance. I would recommend Central Lock for your safe, security and locksmith needs.

My truck hadn't opened in for months. I tried to wiggle the key in there and it broke off! I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. I went to these guys and they got the key out in 2 seconds, cleaned and greased the lock, and got me up and running in under 5 minutes! This place was a lifesaver. I accidentally locked my boss's ancient file cabinet to which there was no key, and he was going to be back the next day. The first locksmith I called said it would be $50.00 and couldn't guarantee it would work. For $22.27, Central Lock & Safe made me three keys that would be most likely to work, and one of them fit the bill. This will be my only locksmith from now on.

If you're in a hurry dont come here! Always 1 person working front counter, always multiple people in here and phones ringing like crazy. They will start to help you than jump from phone to another customer before even completing your service. I have never had an issue with the quality of work just the time it takes

An entire week of no keys, feeling quite lost as I stumbled into Central Lock & Safe. With my two friends by my side, we as a collective group of three college girls moseyed on into this lock establishment, immediately surrounded by large safes and a wall of keys. My initial thought: what do all of these keys open, to whom they belong? But, that is beside the point. I was worried I would be spending upwards of $1,000 dollars for my brand spanking hot off the press apartment key and car key combo (what do I know? I'm simply a 21-year-old college girl!) but alas, I walked out of there within minutes with two new keys and only ~$70 less rich. Beside excellent service, our main man Mike gave us some great advice: "Trust a man, but don't rely on one." Word Mike. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to all of my other drunk friends who lose their keys!!!
