My daughter and her husband got stranded in South Dakota one year during a snowstorm. Because the dog sitter left the house key inside their house expecting them to be home that night, no one could get in the next day to care for the dog. So....with the help of Lucas, he was able to help us get into our daughter's house with them still being out of state so we could continue meeting the dog's need until they could get home!

Luke arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. In my original phone call to him I forgot to mention that we wanted our garage code changed, in addition to our door locks. When he arrived I requested the garage code be reconfigured and despite the change of order he was happy to do so. He was the best price around, and by far the most pleasant to deal with!

Luke Krohn, the owner was very responsive. I sent him an email with the specifics of what I needed done (change out three locks, rekey, make keys, remove a SmartLock). He got back to me quickly with an estimate. We agreed on a date and time and he showed up as expected. He found a defect in a front door handle and immediately texted me with a picture and recommendation to replace it which he did. I own a number of other properties and Luke will be my first call. Its rare I give a 4 star rating.

Luke was amazing. Our son lost his only key and we were going to have to have the car towed 105 miles and still pay another possible $1500.00 and then drive back for the car. Luke said he could come to our home and assured he could make a key when we had been told it would have to be done by a dealership and a piece would have to be removed and sent in to make 1 key. I needed 2 new keyed locks, 3 deadbolts, new strike plates, rekey all locks etc. I never used a locksmith before and I recently moved to a new location so I had no clue who I should contact. Lucas was great! I called him on a Sunday night at 7:30pm. My daughter was locked out of her car with some friends over an hour from home. He told me he'd be there in 45 minutes. He was prompt, maybe even a little early. (I was not there as this was for my daughter) 50 minutes from the time I placed the call Lucas had been there, unlocked the car and she was back in and on her way. (I knew this as he had to call for payment over the phone) Thank you for being a 24/7 business!

He was very professional and completed the door unlock less then a minute. However, be aware that if the task is something you can look up then do it yourself, because his prices are not affordable in my opinion. Also, I do not want to take the fact that if the job was bigger than 85 dollars seems worth it. I’m not sure how far he had to drive because he did estimate 15 minutes and arrived about 50 minutes later, so I have mix reviews😬.

Lucas installed the coolest keyless lock ever for my commercial property. It is a photo studio that is rented for time-blocks. I can give people access (for certain time periods), take away access, get texts and reports when people the door is unlocked and by who, unlock the door remotely, etc. etc. etc. all from my phone! I am managing a physical shared location completely remotely thanks to this lock. I will be having Lucas install these all over my commercial building and my personal home. This company is great!

I needed to grant someone access to my house while I was not home. Luke was extremely responsive - and also made sure to verify who I was (since was not going to be at the house) and the person would access the property. It was late at night and Luke arrived in less than 30 minutes and was able to quickly open the lock. I had called another company earlier who said it would be that long but then changed it to the next morning. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone needing service that is good, efficient and timely.

Amazing! Luke is awesome, we simply needed our house rekeyed and scheduled an appointment with him. Luke was able to not only get us in within a few days, he also called to let us know he was running late from a previous appointment that ended up being much more complicated than he anticipated & offered to either reschedule or even come out after the appointment which was late. Sure enough he showed up right before dark & through on his head lamp & got to work. Great work ethic & our new locks work very smoothly! My independent insurance broker, someone I can count on to give me referrals for locally owned small businesses that offer great service at reasonable prices, recommended him and now I know why: He offered same-day service when I needed to deal with changing out some locks and doorknobs, even though it meant he had to cross the metro during the worst of rush hour. First, he provided same day service. Second, he arrived within the actual timeframe discussed. But thirdly, he provided thorough service. He even trouble shot a latent issue he discovered on scene with a lock while doing the job. I appreciated that he tinkered with the discovered issue until he was satisfied that it had been thoroughly resolved. I though he might assess me an additional labor fee to handle that additional issue but he did not. The cost was just what had been discussed in advance, and the fee for service provided was very reasonable. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this gentleman.
