We had a broken deadbolt lock on an inside door--couldn't get into the room. Lee arrived quickly and efficiently drilled out the deadbolt, replaced it and re-keyed. Great job. Total time was about 1 1/2 hours (although 20 minutes were wasted because of my screwup). But I was floored when I saw the bill: $550. I have no idea what average prices are, and had no time to shop around, but you'd be wise to get an estimate upfront!
