Wonderful experience. Our front door lock was getting hard to turn. I called and set up an appointment window. The locksmith that came telephoned when he was 20 minutes away, was friedly, polite and helpful. He explained the issue and quickly repaired the lock. Would definately call them again and highly recommend them.

After a long day at work, I walked out to my truck, checked my pockets for my keys, and realized they were staring me in the face, from the center console. I googled locksmith near me, Pop-a-lock came up, and I immediately called. I was greeted by a friendly voice, gave my address and phone number, and was told someone could be there within 45minutes. I said “Great,” and within minutes, received a confirmation text, with a link to the lock smith’s GPS location. Aaron, my technician, then called to confirm he was on the way. He arrived in under 45 minutes, and got right to work, in cold temperatures. Within 10 minutes, my truck was open, I paid with a credit card, signed his phone, and was on my way. Aaron was friendly, personable, and did a great job with limited light and cold hands! I tried to tip him, but instead he said “Just give us a nice review if possible.” Well it’s my pleasure to recommend this company to anyone in need of professional locksmith services! Thanks Aaron! Jason the Locksmith was nothing short of awesome! Not only did he text/call/keep clear communication about when he was going to show, but he worked around my work schedule and working with other people when we had time constraints. He let me know of, then took care of a rusted/corroded gas cap on my motorcycle free of charge so he could make said key. Not only did I get an extra key for free, but he also helped out my boyfriend with his bike too. Prices were better in comparison to similar businesses. Would recommend Jason and Pop-A-Lock all day any day.

I came home from my honeymoon, took an Uber home to find out I left my car key in Utah. I had a golf tournament and my clubs were in the trunk, double trouble!! I had lost my key fab to my car and the spare had been lost years ago. I called and they can replace the key fab! No need to go to a dealership and thank goodness as the dealership quoted me about $500 MORE than what I ended up paying Pop a Lock. There was a great feature I like of giving me a good ETA of when the tech was on the way and also a picture of him so I knew who was coming. They also have a "share my GPS" button which could help the tech find you if your not in an easily noticeable address. For the actual work, it took as long as he estimated and the charge was what I was quoted (and as I said earlier, MUCH less than if I had gone to a dealership).

I did a fair amount of research into locksmiths and Pop-A-Lock was the best value for my money. This was my second time using them and had great experiences both times. Jason came out to our house most recently for a lock change and was on time and very thorough in his work, including going above and beyond to help me reset a garage lock keypad that I was unsure on. Super friendly and professional service - 10/10 recommend.

I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday afternoon. Not having any other options, I googled locksmith and pop a lock came up. They were very professional, and easy to work with. I thought the cost was very reasonable for what I needed. The technician showed up in a reasonable amount of time and did the job quickly. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Highly recommended! I unfortunately locked my key in my car and realized while away from home in the late evening. As my cell phone was dying, my husband called on my behalf from home and said he had a great experience with the gentleman on the phone who provided an accurate quote and timeframe on the spot. The technician, Jason, was also extremely friendly and professional. He was patient in finding me in a parking structure while I was trying to coordinate with a borrowed cell phone and after having successfully opened my vehicle reminded me to call my husband to let him know I'll be on my way and also even let me use his phone. I hope I don't have the same reason to call again, although should I have a need they offer the service for, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call for their assistance again! Thank you!

When AAA dropped the ball, Warren from Pop-A-Lock saved the day. I was visiting from out of town and lost my keys at a local trampoline park. After an 18 hour ordeal with AAA, Warren arrived within the 1 hour window, unlocked my car and provided replacement keys. He was prompt, fast, efficient and friendly! I hope I never need their service again, but they will be my first call if I do. I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!

Unbeknownst to me, my car keys slipped out of my pocket as I left the car. Pop-a-lock was the only 24 hour locksmith who actually picked up my call. The operator was efficient in gathering my info and gave me an accurate and fair price and estimated arrival time. Warren, the technician gave me a heads up as to his arrival time (which was sooner than estimated). He was quick to unlock my car and complete the charges and I was on my way in no time. He was very personable and did not judge me on my stupidity!

I absolutely was so thankful! They are extremely affordable, they can work with almost any car and they are thorough in their work. Someone stole my keys the night before so I really appreciated their same day service whereas other lock smiths were giving the run around!

Knowledgeable and friendly. My car battery died and the door lock was not working. The locksmith was able to identify the problem right away and fix it quickly. I was expecting them to just wedge the door and use a rod to unlock the door. I was very pleased to see he actually examined the lock and was able to open the lock without damage. Jason was polite and knowledgeable. He offered advise to oil and check the lock regularly and even had a jump pack to help get my car started after he opened the lock. I'm would definitely use and recommend them again.

We needed several deadbolts installed for our home. I worked with Dave on the quote and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had to make some revisions to our install and Dave worked to provide an accurate quote for the services and hardware we needed. The install was done by Warren and he was professional in every way. Friendly dispatcher, prompt arrival of technician, handy "tracker" feature on phone to get precise arrival time. Technician was courteous and friendly. Work was done expediently. Technician even gave me some pointers about the condition of my walk-in garage door (which I presumed I need to replace....but he suggested re-doing the "face" of the door would resolve the issue). Had 2 locks opened and then rekeyed. Price seemed very fair. Will definitely use them again if needed.

My wife locked herself out of her car and lost her key in the process. The insurance company recommended this company to open the car and cut us a new key. The tech showed up an hour and a half early and opened up the car for us. It was then that she found her key in the cup holder, making it so that he didn't have to make a new key for us. I was so worried that we were going to have to pay a lot for this, but it turned out everything would be covered by the insurance and nothing out-of-pocket. Hopefully we won't lose another key again, but if we do I'll call them again.

The locksmith got to my house really fast (they said it would be 45 minutes but it was more like 15) and had the door open in about 15 seconds. I'm not sure what the going rate is for this sort of thing, but I don't feel like I paid too much. A heck of a lot cheaper than fixing a broken window. I was also happy they were open later than "normal" business hours.

I went back to Milwaukee to visit family over Thanksgiving week and trying to be a good aunt took my little nephews with me for an outing to give my sister a break. When the 4 year old and I got out of my rental car and I was getting the stroller out at the mall, we accidentally locked the car with the 15 month old in his seat and the keys in the front. I was happy to find out from the mall security that there is a Pop-A-Lock in Milwaukee now. (I've used them in Merritt Island before...) They sent a guy out right away to unlock the car and didn't charge me for it because the toddler was in the car! Thanks again Pop-A-Lock!
