Locked myself out a few weeks ago (grabbed my work keys instead of my house keys, d'oh!) and picked Lucky Locksmith randomly because I had never called a locksmith before and they were reasonably near. The dispatcher was very efficient, and Tom called me back right away and was at the house working on the lock within 20 minutes. He's professional and good at his job, made quick work of it, and the lock was undamaged, so I'm happy. Hopefully won't need to call them again, but I will if I have to!

They're awesome - fast response, quick work, professional, the woman who answered the phone (also super nice) estimated under 200 bucks and it came out to $199 in the end. I hadn't been able to drive my car for a week - Toyota Corolla - Toyota dealership wanted 500 dollars which is like a third of the value of this car, their explanation as to why so expensive was 3 hours of labor and that they had to reprogram my car for a new key. I called several locksmiths and no one could do it until I called here. Receptionist immediately said they could do it, dot chip or not, and serviceman called immediately back, was at my house within the hour, kept me updated on arrival time. within 2 minutes, maybe not even, he had my car running, a new key made and reprogrammed. Unbelievable. They are lifesavers.

What a great company/service! They came to me quickly, and got me sorted out fast. They were SUCH a pleasure to work with, that I actually ended up giving them a bunch of extra work on the spot! That was a month ago, and now they're not JUST my personal "go-to" for any lock/key needs.. but they're also my companies preferred vendor for all of our commerical properties, for anything lock, key, door, security related, etc! I locked my keys out of my car once again and was running very late already. I called AAA and they gave me an estimated time of arrival of 2 hours. I couldn't wait that long so I found a few milwaukee area locksmiths on google and one of them was Lucky Locksmith. I was told that he would be there in 10 minutes which I didn't believe but literally 9 minutes later he was on site unlocking my car! I was so impressed by the service that I have now cancelled my AAA membership of 10+ years as I would rather deal with this local service any day. I highly recommend this locksmith to anyone needing these services in the Milwaukee area! Thanks once again!
