Great local merchant. Found a key in stock for my 2007 box truck and helped with a difficult lock removal problem with the box as well. Pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and didn't feel rushed out or like I was taking thier valuable time. They made me feel my needs were important to them. Though that should not be rare, it is these days, and should be praised when found. Good old fashioned service here at Pat's. Thank You.

I am so grateful for Pat's key! I called them for help getting into my storage unit (my lock froze and my key started bending!). They showed up quickly, were incredibly thoughtful and professional, and were able to get me in within about 20 minutes. They really saved the day (my movers were already there!), and I was amazed as how great their prices were. I hope I won't need to call a locksmith again, but if I do - I am definitely calling Pat's.

Had several keys made for my condo. 7 keys in all only $17! Fit all my locks like a glove! Kiosk keys in various hardware stores usually stick and sometimes don't fit! Highly recommend!

Use them at my business on a regular basis. Prompt service, accurate quotes, and they're willing to give advice when needed. Had an issue where an item they fixed ended up having further issues a month later. They came out, for free, and corrected the issue within the hour. This is the mark of a good business. Would recommend.

Good guys to get your replacement/programmed keys for your car. Cheaper than the dealership by far, but make sure you get the pincode at the dealership (you need to prove ownership, BTW).

Updated: They contacted me and fixed issue today. Very disappointed. Called them for a door lock problem, they charged $75 and gave blue key to rekey and told it will fix the lock but it didnt. Called them twice and left message, they gave appointment of a week from now.
