I recently damaged my warehouse roll up door by backing up our box truck. My roll up door got damaged and we were not able to roll it back down. I was looking for a profession locksmith that can help me asap and David came to the rescue. He showed up to my warehouse within 20 minutes of giving West Coast a call. In less than 2 hours, he not only repaired my door in a professional manner but he also raised my door so that we don’t hit the door again when backing up the truck. I give 5 starts to David and the company for being responsive, efficient, professional and most importantly fast to solve my urgent problem!!

I was locked out of my BMW. I called Triple A and they sent two locksmiths that were unable to unlock the trunk of the car to retrieve the keys. 24/7 West Coast Locksmith came out and were knowledgeable and had the experience to do the job. These guys are fantastic. I had an issue with a magnet door lock and although I was hoping to simply replace the old magnet, it was not that easy. Has to replace it, plus since it was very old I was encouraged to do all the electronics now too. The way it was explained made total sense and the price was fair so I did it. Worked out well until the very end when there was a slight glitch in how hard it was to open the door when released... I could have lived with it but West Coast said they would ask around and get back in touch. Surprisingly they did, came back the next day. That solution didn't work either. We'll be back again. Couple days later I get a call, "I think the new magnet is bad, I'm gonna bring a new one? Bingo. Fixed the issue. For LA the service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.
