I locked myself out while taking out the trash. It was pouring rain (the one day it it rains hard in LA). I did a google search and picked the highest rated locksmith in my area. I called and gave my address and I got a call back within minutes. Benjamin came within 7 minutes of calling. Was able to get my door open without any damage. I locked my keys in the trunk of my BMW & spent all morning looking for a capable locksmith. I was told many things from “tow it to the dealer” to it being “impossible”. First guy came & tried all sorts of methods for over an hour using the air jacks. Pressed the unlock button, & pulled the doors lever to no avail. After hours of searching & waiting, this guy-who’s name I did not catch my apologies- from this MT lock & key company comes & opens it in less than 60 seconds. Our cash interaction took longer than his speedy work, that everyone told me was impossible. I was really considering breaking my window, thanks a ton 👍🏽

These guys know their stuff. They made this seem so easy when people trying to help me before just took my money and ran. Had an issue with another locksmithing company. Those mouth breathers made me pay 400 dollars upfront to cut and program a key that they made me stand outside and wait 2 hours for. Called these guys today that was recommended from a family friend. They immediately found out what went wrong. The original idiots gave me the wrong chip for the wrong make and model. I needed a chip for 2007 Honda civic and these guys gave me a chip that only works for 2003-2006 civics. And they couldn't figure out why it didn't work. They told me I had mechanical issues and that my ECU was broken. Anyways these guys came in, programmed my new key with the proper chip, and that was that. And that's all I needed. Great guy, great service, and will be recommending this guy to anyone I know from here on out.

They are stupidly fast: a tech was at my door within 20 minutes of calling. I don't do this much so i can't comment on the price ($250 to pick a screen door deadbolt I lost the key for), have no idea if this is a normal price but it's there so you can anticipate what you'll have to pay.

I bought a new house and needed to switch out my old locks. Adam come and fixed my locks quickly. Very professional and nice. Update: The receipt given is incorrect stating I had smart keys installed when I didn’t. I have contacted the company twice and over a month later I am still waiting for someone to help me correct this. I wouldn’t care but my home insurance is refusing to pay until it is corrected.
