I cannot praise these guys highly enough. After a massive estimate by our main dealer to replace two keys; I found Usa Lock And Key Locksmith Las Vegas on-line and sent them an e-mail. A very quick and courteous response, outlining different prices for different options, they clearly knew what they were doing and I went along to an appointment. I had 2 new car keys 2007 Toyota Highlinder smart key within 30 minutes, very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient, for a price much less than half that which I'd previously been quoted. Very impressed, they were quite simply superb!

We thought last minute to surprise my husband with a new key fob for Father’s Day, he’s been having to set the alarm off each time to get into his truck; we purchased a key but didn’t realize we had to have it programmed and the dealer wants more than the truck is worth (not really but it was ridiculous) Dan came out from USA LOCK AND KEY right away and had us set up in less than 10 minutes for a price we could afford. If you EVER need an honest a reliable company to get a key made from, then I highly suggest these guys. They were great! The owners were professional and sincere. They do exactly what they said they would do and charged what they say they would charge. I'm glad that I didn't go and used a Kia dealership to make my key fob. The Kia dealership were trying to rip me off and overcharge me. USA Lock and Key are honest and affordable. And they were very fast with making the duplicate key fob. I only waited 10-15 minutes. I went to their location but they will come to you if you need them to. I'm a very happy customer and plan to use them again. I will need battery replacement in the future so I'll be back.

We had a rental car and somehow Locked the keys in the trunk. Sounds easy enough to get it open, right?! Nope! We called our insurance company and the car rental place. They both said we would have to have the car towed. Not an option, my wallet was in the trunk as well and my son was going to have surgery the next day. We called usa lock and key locksmith and told them what happened and Sean said no problem, he came out and he had the car opened and the anti theft system disabled in less than 10 mins and everything put back together. Hello All today I used Legacy I locked my keys in my trunk. I picked up my daughters cupcakes from Custom Cakes, and then to the Dollar Tree to pick up party favors. I put the party horns in the gift bags for her class, and when I finish I just closed the trunk my purse, and keys in the trunk locked up. Now I panic because it was close to 2 and I needed to be at the daycare at 3PM. (Anyone that has toddlers they don't understand when you are not there when you told them you are coming). Excellent service comparing to others in Las Vegas . I live in Henderson ( which is hour away from Vegas) and had to go back home at 10:00 am . I figured out that I lost my keys and I’m in Orlando at night . Had a problem with my garage door not closing. An estimator came out( I thought I'd need a new door ) The estimator gave me an estimate and was very helpful in troubleshooting and said it may be the sunlight causing issues since it only happened at certain times of the day. And it was!! To make a long story short, they even tried saving me money by giving me tips to fix it myself. Attempted one tip but it needed more... I'm not handy or have the tools , so I called them to come out, and this time the technician , Daniel,fixed the issue! He was efficient and went above and beyond.
