I had a total flat tire within a mile of my indicator light going on. I went to my Geico app and requested flat tire service. Pop A Lock was assigned to me. I was told via text that they would respond within 45 minutes. I got a call from the driver in less than 15. He put my spare on and was done within 10 minutes. He had all his own equipment and knew exactly what he was doing. Polite, and professional. I’m really impressed. So amazing!!

10 out of 5 stars ! The Mechanic (Michael) was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional and arrived within 30 minutes (via Geico). I had never heard of mobile car battery service and only expected a jump start, but after 10 minutes it was all done, new battery was installed for less than any shop would have charged. All right in front of my house. What a fantastic experience !

Great and efficient service! My car battery died and I was stuck at my Dr's office. The estimated wait time for service was 77-106 minutes. I've had these folks come out on two separate occasions as part of Geico Road Assistance for dead batteries. They are AMAZING. Incredibly professional and friendly techs who thoroughly explain everything to you. Prices for replacement batteries were more than fair with terrific warranties. Showed within the estimated time frames both times. There's nobody else I'd want to work with.

My battery died while I was driving. Pop a Lock sent a technician out to help me. I was quoted 60-90 minutes. But he showed up after 40 minutes. He was very friendly and informative. He tested my old battery and my alternator. I needed to replace the battery. He gave me multiple options. They were all reasonably priced. After selecting the one that was best for me, he removed the old battery and had the new one installed in under 10 minutes. Best road side service I’ve had in my entire time driving.

Fast and efficient! My battery was dead, dead dead. Pop a lock was able to check my alternator, battery and starter. He had a battery that was right for my Fiat in his truck and replaced it so quickly. He was a nice, polite young man too. All taken care of in under an hour.

After waiting more than 3.5 hours for another company to jump my battery, my insurance canceled that service order and made one with Pop-a-Lock. Within 15 minutes of them getting the order they were at my home. Maurice was so quick to get here and to do the service!!! I think he was at my home no more than 3 -5 minutes in total!! My daughter locked her keys in her car at the gym we call multiple lock smiths they were very expensive and many were rude and one told me price starts at $200 but that it depended on his observation and if we were willing to give a review he would give us a discount. then we called pop a lock the woman that answer was nice the price was affordable we were given a time of 45 to 50 min but the technician call us and stated he would arrive in 15min afforable, reliable, quick, and polite no price gouging will use them from now on excellent company.

But my tire was changed to my Yukon xl , with missing parts to my change a tire kit there was no way I could have changed this tire , thank you so much . I just want to say thank you to the technicia who came today to help us out today . Did not realize i left my keys in the car tried to go and get my one year old out of her car seat and the car doors were all locked i was so panicked . The Firefighters came out and were attempting to unlock it. The technician that came out from pop a lock took literally 2 seconds and opened my vehicle and i was able to get my daughter out and keys . The fire crew were all amazed how quick it took him . i just wanted to say Thank you so much and I did not get his name but he was awesome .

I had a dead battery in my car, and I knew it. The Tech came and told me that my battery wouldn't hold a charge but that he could start it up and I could take it somewhere and get a new battery. Hey also then told me that he has a battery that he could get me for 200 and I said I can get one at Walmart for 90 ( Plus tax and whatever other charges there is). He said, sounds good, and was super polite about, and then said I'll get this jumped then for you. I asked him what kind of battery he had, and he said, it was an Interstate with 660 cranking amps. I knew that was way better than the battery I was going to get, and it was also $216 down at Autozone. After he installed the battery, which only took about 5 minutes. He had me start the car, and make sure that it started. He was going to help me with resetting the radio, but it reset by itself through bluetooth somehow.

Update: My road side assistance arranged for a jump start with Pop-A-Lock. It was great to see that they booked the service with a company that I was familiar with. The tech showed up within the time frame provided. The tech tested the battery and then jump the battery. He also offered to have me purchase a battery that he had on board his vehicle. I advised him no (due to the price quoted) and that I was going to nearest location that I purchased the battery from. The tech had me sign for the jump start service. // Quick response. Quick service. Tech was very friendly. Called while in route. Called when he arrived. Didn't know what this type of service would cost. Was quoted a price from the dispatcher. Was very happy with the service provided.

I locked my keys in my car as a result of rushing back to work from my lunch break. I called Pop-A-Lock and they answered right away, the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The technician arrived about 20 minutes after my call to them which was about 15 minutes faster than the estimated wait. The technician unlocked my car in a matter of seconds…like 20 seconds TOPS and he was cool and professional. Great experience except for the price! More than double what I thought it would actually cost so I’m pretty amazed it was that expensive. If they would drop the price about 30% they would definitely be getting a 5 star review.

Who knew replacing a battery was so easy!!??! Pop-A-Lock arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave the solution and total price including all the fees. They even recommended that I call, and then happily stood there while I got a second quote from a well known auto parts store! I just want to say after 2 other locksmiths. I called Pop-A-Lock. The technician that showed up to my house. Was young but very confident he could help me. I lost my key (chipped key). And, only had a valet key. He programmed a key. It shut off my anti theft. But, still would not start my truck. We talked a few. And then he erased my key memory and started the process over. Well, do that wipped my dash out. So he called his support. They told him too use his old tablet. Being my truck is 12 yrs old. So he switched tablets. Started the process over. And same thing no dash. But, this time it ready incomplete test. I told him I have after market items on my truck. And, if he willing to wait I have the original parts. Take me 15min to plug them in. He actually got under my truck with me and helpped plug these items in with me. Started the process over again. And, Bang! Truck fired up.. Thank you Arthur Zamora for your commitment to getting me on the road. Its not very often you meet a young person who takes pride in their skill or craft. Again! I am grateful for you and the almost 2hrs you spent on me! Sincerely a satisfied customer!

I own a 2009 Honda Accord I never had the keyfob as I bought this car about a year ago. So, I finally decided to buy a key fob and the dealer quoted me about 200 for one key. That to me was a lot for a key as I'm college student and I try to save money whenever I can. I bought some keys (2) from amazon for about $30 went to Honda to get them cut $10 for both and went to Pop-A-Lock to had them programmed for $50 for both. Other places wanted more than $100 to have the transponder learn for each key. Not only did they give me a good deal they are some of the nicest people I came across. Super grateful.

Austin Fendzlau showed up as part of my insurances roadside assistance program for a flat tire. He was 20 minutes early, immediately jumped in and got to work and was quick and well informed. He even answered some unrelated questions for me and then helped me put my tools and other stuff away in my car, then waited until I left, even came back over and asked if I needed help with anything else or if I was okay when I was taking a few minutes before driving off. Shayne Mitchell saved me a whole lot of time and grief. This was called in for a jump but I realized that they sold interstate battery when he pulled up in his van. I inquired and he let me know he has batteries ready to go in the van and he can put it in himself no problem. So instead of getting a jump and then driving over to a autozone or o'reilly's and hoping they had time to replace the battery, I got a 3 yr warranty battery put in and ready to go all without leaving my house. The service was excellent! I was out of state when my car battery died. They came to jump my battery and assessed it to find out it was at the end of its life. They had the right battery size with them so they were able to install a new battery right on the spot! He was a real life saver today. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

Only bad thing was he didn't wear a mask. But overall, the experience was great. The tech guy has a good eye and good communicator. Called me to confirm he was in the right location then told me he found my car. Was impressed. Better than 777 towing in terms of customer service. Though 777 towing also did a good job of jump starting my battery but that was it. Didn't know the battery was dead until pop a lock came.

Qhen we called we were told it would be 40 minutes. Gave the operator our location, space number of the RV park we were at and our name. Called an hour later and asked when the tech was coming and were told he had already been there and left. Was told he called a phone number we have no idea where they got it. Finally after an hour an a half the tech showed up and opened our trailer door. Don't understand why qhen he had our name and space number he couldn't find us. Very unhappy but thankful he was able to get us into our trailer. It took him about 2 minutes to unlock the door.

One case of where upselling is beneficial to both parties. He made an extra sale and I saved 2 hours at the shop. Great service and would definitely use this company again. When he got there though I was pleasantly surprised with how handsome he was. And how he was very communicative and kind. He (Micheal) offered to put in a new battery as mine was dead and I knew I needed one anyway so of course I said yes. He even let me call a competitor to see how much it would be, turns out the battery from pop lock was the same price so I might as well have it done there.
