Our technician Or was very knowledgeable, He answered any and all questions my wife and I had. He spent the time to educate us and give us different security options at a fair price. We couldn't pick what we wanted so he listened to both of our needs and narrowed down the options down to ultimately just picking the color and style of locks we wanted on our new home. These guys were incredible. In and out in under 5 mins.... I'm a space case and have locked my keys in my car probably 3 times this year already... With that being said I have used several companies all of which charge u at least 80 dollars more after they open the car claiming its the type of lock. This company really was a flat rate.
