Charlie did a great job! He installed a new deadbolt on a rental property. Arrived onsite the same day and was very professional. Suggested several products to provide more security. He worked extremely hard to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. Very impressed!

The level of service received from Charlie is a rarity these days. He was fast, friendly, professional, expert in his field, punctual and reasonably priced in repairing 2 ancient security door locks and able to supply new keys on the spot. As long as he is available, I will call again as I am very satisfied with my smooth moving locks now.

The batteries in the bolt lock at the apartment I was leasing died during the coldest time in Louisville (December 23rd) which mean I wasn't able to get into my apartment. I notified the company that I leased the apartment from and they called Mr. Charlie to see if he can get me into the apartment. He came in negative degree weather and drilled the lock off. Amazing! I was happy that he got me into my apartment and I stayed with him until he finished the job. Nice man! If I ever come back to Louisville for work and get locked out of my apartment, he'll be the first one to call. Oh yeah he also do car keys as well.
