Best experience with a locksmith! My dogs locked the car with the keys in it (I know rookie mistake) and I was worried about them getting hot. They answered the phone promptly, headed out right away and within 30 minutes I was back in my car for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

After having dealt with all the scammers in the past who always have some ridiculous upsell lies and total nightmare business practices I was very relieved at the service last night of Unlock Indy. He was on time which only took around 40 minutes from the time of my call. He also straight up told me a price on the phone that was more than reasonable. He also gave me the worst case scenario which would have involved drilling out the lock but said he highly doubted that would be the case. He came out and was able to pick the lock without damaging my door and the price was exactly what he told me.

He walked me through what I needed to buy at the hardware store, showed up early for the appointment (called ahead to make sure that was ok) and unstuck my door, replaced the knob, re-keyed the lock and cleaned up inside 30 minutes. Very professional, very courteous. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this service!

My wife had locked her keys in the car so we called one of the locksmiths online that quoted us $30, after waiting an hour they showed up and changed the quote to $120.... we said no and sent them packing. Then we called Unlock Indy. They quoted us $75 and they were there and we were in our car in less than 5 minutes. We will always use unlock Indy from now on. 10/10 would recommend

Thank goodness for Unlock Indy! I locked myself out of my house the same day I had a spare key made in order to prevent these exact situations. I called several other locksmiths in the area, one of which did not have a voicemail set up and another did not have anyone available until two days later, despite both of those companies saying they were 24/7. Luckily for me, Unlock Indy was able to be at my house within 15 minutes to let me back in at a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of saving.

Just when you think you're in a jam, someone with the skills and expertise shows up to make it seem like buttah. Cory was on-point from jump. No frills, no bus, he even gave me a courtesy call to say he was delayed as he got near 465 and took an alternate route. He acknowledged the complexity of the lock, but it didn't stop him. He regrouped and got me back inside my house as quick as as can be. You want professionalism, integrity, and a solid skill set, Cory and Unlock Indy are the total package!

If you couldn’t tell from all the other ratings, this is the ONLY Locksmith in Indy that has integrity. My wife and I were locked out of the house. The other locksmiths all quoted a $19 fee to come out and another $40 for the service, but when they come out the price jumps to $150. Unlock Indy quoted me $75 on the phone, showed up on time, and opened the door in less than a minute. I was more than happy to pay the $75. If there’s one thing I love about a business, it’s TRANSPARENCY! Thank you, Unlock Indy!
