My daughter lost her key at prom and so she called pop a lock and Jeremy got us a new key fab right away. It was covered under warranty and so about a month later when my fab got stuck behind the dash (long story), Matt came out and took awesome care of us! He deprogrammed that key that was stuck and got us 2 new keys. Not only did they do a great job but they also made my 16 year old feel comfortable having to do this without me there. I 100% will call them first thing for any key issues. Thanks Matt and Jeremy!!

He communicated well when arranging a time to make my spare key and was accommodating to my work schedule as well as choosing a place to meet that wasn’t too far from my area. Jeremy to the rescue! After 7 years of pet sitting I got myself into a situation that I had hoped would never happen! One of the dogs I watch locked me out of the vehicle while locking himself inside in the dead of Winter! Pop-a-lock waw super responsive to my call and estimated 30 minutes but Jeremy got to me in a little under 10 minutes! He then had my vehicle open in a matter of seconds and I was able to get to my little canine friend! Pop a lock get kids out of launch vehicles for free and they were super kind for understanding that pets or children too! I highly recommend this lock service and I hope the situation never happens again but if it does at least I have a little comfort in knowing who to call!

Me and my wife just bought our house and have been tirelessly working to put it together. As exhausted as we were we decided to step out (at2:30 a.m.) and walk our dog somehow our door locked behind us. We were as cold as could be (24 degrees) but they got to us as fast as possible while other places wanted to schedule an appointment for 2 days out. Thank you so much to pop a lock.

Jeremy was very efficient and accommodating! He showed up even earlier than expected knowing we were going out of town for the weekend! We originally called for a key fob for our 2015 Nissan NV200 van. We live almost 45 minutes north of Indianapolis and every mobile locksmith we called said we were out of the area or that they didnt have the key we needed. When he showed up he didn't have the correct fob, but had a key that worked as a transmitter key for the ignition (i believe), and cut a separate key for the door. He told us he could have the key with the fob first thing Monday morning and would come out ((again)) and get it cut and programmed. It cost us almost 3/4 of the price we had been quoted for towing and having a key cut and programmed at the nearest Nissan dealership! We were so fortunate! He showed up this morning with the correct fob and programmed it within 10min! We were so impressed with how professional and compassionate he was in regard to our situation, we had to ask for business cards! I will always recommend Jeremy at pop-a-lock to friends and family! Thank you so much, sir!

We were in a terrible situation last Thursday night. Fiance's purse was stolen while shopping with wallet, phone and key fob. Pop a lock got back to us the quickest of any others we called. On site quickly. It was raining 37 degrees crowded parking lot. Mark and his coworker gained access to our car, programmed a new fob and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. He actually made the suggestion for us to save some money and buy brand new knobs at a hardware store rather than pay the 119.99 re-key. He was looking out for the customer more than himself. I lost the key to my Avalon. Technician Jeremy came the same day that I called for help, and made a new key / key fob for me. He was professional, kind and quickly worked to fix this problem. The prices were reasonable and far less than the dealership would have charged me. He mentioned that I could follow up if I found my original as he would need to reprogram it or it wouldn’t work. A few days after Jeremy made my new key and key fob, I noticed that the key was hard to turn on one side. I also found my original key. He came back to make a new key AND programmed my original key so I would have solid backups. It’s refreshing when someone stands behind their work and it made a real impact on me. I am extremely impressed with this level of customer service and follow through and would recommend PopALock, and Jeremy in particular, to anyone that needs locksmithing help.

Got locked out of my garage on the coldest day of the year while shoveling snow. My key pad wouldn't work and had to ask my neighbor to call someone. Lucky he found or picked this company. 2 guys showed up and never got their names but one got my front door to open in about 5 mins. He said (Its what I do). Never will figure out how the receipt showed up on my cell since I never gave it to them. The call was made with my neighbors phone?

I locked my keys inside my car while at a McDonalds. I was freaking out cause I was still working and had now locked my keys in my car.
