I had locks replaced for my back and front doors. I was satisfied with the product and the service. However, I thought the material cost was a little high.

I have two gate latches and the padlocks were locked. I lost the keys. I did all I could do to open the locks myself. I don't think these gate latches are made anymore, I can't find them anywhere.. So I called Broad Ripple Lock Service and they answered the phone the first time I called. After speaking to them I was confident that my locks can be opened. I dropped off my latches and picked them up (locks opened) within 24 hours.

Our deadbolt needed repair in the middle of the day, and Broad Ripple Lock was able to respond within a few hours. Ethan was very friendly and efficient (and great with our dog). Reasonably priced as well!

I bought a car from a friend that only had a spare key left. I went to Walmart, Autozone, and Lowes and they were unable to make a copy. This place quickly made me a new key and charged me a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. This will be my go to spot from now on.

Oddly one year ago I was here at this establishment and had great service. They replaced a lock tumbler for a file cabinet and made new keys. Just 2 days ago I sent a friend to get keys made for a file cabinet. Great service provided again! They were quick and swift to complete the job

I have used these guys for 20 years, probably six or seven times. They are quick, make a wide variety of keys, have been around forever and will be here 10 years from now when you need them, don’t charge enough (that’s what I think, every time I stop by), and for landlords, Can duplicate the “do not duplicate” keys. Have not ever tried them for other lock services, but they would be first on my list.

Always the best! I discovered them about 5 years ago and now use them for work and home. I have utilized their services around 1p times. They can change locks and rekey doors that no other locksmith can do here in Indy. Especially with older houses and wacky keys, this is your go-to place for the best repair/rekey/lock change without damaging your doors. Good job!

A broken car key. They made a perfect copy. Results may vary. I exclusively recommend this business for any and all key needs. This chip-less car key copy cost me $3.75 after tax. Free parking. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Went in to get a copy of my motorcycle key made, they let me know since I was supplying the blank, they couldn't guarantee it, I understood completely. New key worked perfectly, and even picked up a novelty key for a gift. VERY reasonable prices.
