We received someone on the scene in 35 minutes. Luckily we happened to be downtown and grabbed something to eat, and as soon as we were done and walking out he was pulling up to unlock the car doors for us. Easiest process ever! Will call again if ever needed.

We were staying at the Rotary House on the MD Anderson campus & discovered we had a flat tire. Our insurance dispatched another company who after waiting 5+ hours, never showed up & we were unable to reach them. So we requested a new company, Pop A-Lock in Houston contacted us immediately & was on scene in about 30 minutes. Kenneth quickly changed our tire & made sure it had proper air. I was locked out of my house and the first place I called was unavailable and referred them. They quoted me 45 minutes, but arrived in 30. I asked them to call 10 minutes before arrival because I was waiting at Starbucks and they did. The tech, Nick went above and beyond to help me. He even too extra time to explain the locks and safety, etc. Although, I hope not to need him again, I'm keeping his information in case I do.

I am beyond pleased with the service. From the phone call getting assistance with getting locked out the house, to the swift arrival of the locksmith. He was so helpful and nice. Come to find out it was his day off and he came as soon as possible to help me on a Saturday morning. He unlocked my door in less than 2 minutes. I will definitely recommend Pop-a-lock to others! I wish I remembered his name, but if I’m not mistaken he is the manager. Just a little fyi I had called the sugar land location and from my invoice it was directed to the Houston location, so I am so thankful he came out even though it was his time off.

Above and beyond service! Andrew came out 3 times in one week: 1) to rescue my wife from a car that automagically locked even though the FOB was inside, 2) to program a fob so my wife would have a spare, and 3) to cut keys and program FOBs for 3 other cars. Each situation presented unusual problems and Andrew refused to be defeated! While I hope no one in my family has an issue with their car keys in the future, I know Andrew from Pop-A-Lock will be able to take care of them. Can I leave 10 stars?

I wanted to comment on the excellent I received from Pop-A-Lock , yesterday 11/19/20. I was expecting another company that cancelled my order w/o letting anyone know. I had already been waiting an hour and my order was picked up by Pop-A-Lock. I was advised it could take a while based on Houston traffic. He showed me that the reason that it took an hour and a half for them to reach me was because another contracted company accepted and then canceled their service. Pop a lock actually got to me very quick after they accepted the service. Johnny changed out my spare and filled it with air when he noticed it was flat. I called At&t due to my battery needing charging and Auto Rescue came out and charged my battery. He told me to leave it running for 40 minutes which I did. I turned my car off and tried to start it up, but it wouldn’t start up. The battery was dead. I had to use my key to open the door. I called At&t again and Popalock came and just tightened my cable on my battery and I was able to start it up without his assistance. He even told me that I didn’t need a new battery.
