Francisco gave me a time and called then texted updates. He came got me in replaced locks to match key which was inside. He was courteous, did good work and made it a positive experience leaving me satisfied with the work and. Having had this happen before. The lock Smith quoted one price it was a trip charge then tacked on multiple charges and I ended up paying 250$This is honest good work this a first choice 5 stars on service and result

Had the locks changed at my business about 6 months ago. Fairly priced and was on time. Recently, on a Saturday, I had a problem with the lock and wasn't able to remove the key. I called and explained the problem and stated that I needed service ASAP because I needed to get the store open and didn't want to just leave the key hanging off the door. They arrived within 30 minutes and was able to fix the problem quickly. Even though they could have charged a service fee for coming out, which I was pretty much expecting, he didn't. That is what I call service after the sell! Being a small business owner, I understand how important customer service is, and can clearly see that they do too. Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

Very happy about my service, I was skeptical because of the online response and minimum communication. I canceled and decided to go with someplace else. The mobile locksmith called already to follow-up and arrived despite my cancellation. He was prompt and quick. USE ALAMO KEY & LOCK! I locked myself out of my new house on a Friday evening and Javier was at my place within 20 minutes of my call. He was super friendly and efficient and got me back inside very quickly. The others were trying to make more money. One guy sounded like a straight-up scammer and only quoted me the service fee. He refused to offer a solid price and told me his max price was $150. So be careful as you look for quotes. Reading reviews also helped. Alamo is definitely trustworthy and I would use them again.

He was able to get car keys made after we managed to lose ours while loading up the car after a stay in Surfside Beach. Truly a lifesaver as we were wet and freezing from the rain and cold temps! Service requested was to unlock vehicle door. When I called I was told the cost would be 29.99 plus service fee depending on the difficulty to open the door. Since the driver door was already slightly ajar there would be no difficulty. Indeed the technician took 2min max to open the door then said my total is 120 plus the 29.99. After stating the person I talked to said it would be cheaper than the standard 120 everywhere else charge due to the ease of unlocking his response was I don't know about that and this is difficult. This is no way to conduct business. The dishonesty was unnecessary just to ensure people pick there company.

I needed a smart keypad lock to our frond office door for a while, Initially we contact our office building management to send one of their maintenance guys to install the lock. Not only it took a week to get the guy out to our office after two days of work in our office he finely gave up and said it was too complicated for him. A goof friend of mine recommended Alamo lock and key as a good company to use. We called and the tech showed up with in the hour, A half an hour later he was done with the job. Fast reliable and professional.

I was told the service would cost me approximately $80 when I called. When the "technician" called I was asked if pricing was discussed, to which I repeated I was told it would be approximately $80. To which he then added, plus a $19 service charge. So, I'm not sure what "great pricing" reviews on here are referring to, but $99 to unlock my car door in 5-10 minutes doesn't sound "great" to me. Though it could be worse. Derek, the locksmith, was a really nice guy at least. Edit: Maybe it's spelled Derrick? Regardless, this was the only locksmith I called and did business with that night. I'd love to provide a receipt, but I'm in the process of moving.

Needed 7 locks re-keyed to replace builder's locks. Called Alamo at 8:30 AM, Ron said he would be out between 1 and 2 PM. He quoted a very fair price. He called at 12:30 to confirm and was at the house by 1:15. Re-keyed all the locks, made duplicates and checked each key in the lock. He does excellent work and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. We were so impressed we scheduled an estimate for a security camera system.
