Honolulu Locksmith has been the best service I have had here on island. I was very impressed from the customer service I received on the phone all the way to the actual service I received on getting my door open. Nick was fast and delivered great service, without damaging any of my property. He was great at communicating with me and letting me know the risks and mentioned every step he was doing. Friendly and professional service was delivered to me. I feel comfortable knowing that Honolulu Locksmith is there for any future service. Will be recommending them for sure, near the future. My key broke inside of the door lock as I was opening it with no spare key and had to get it replaced ASAP. Called for a lock smith and got Nick. He was super easy to work with and very fast. He got to my place in literally 3 minutes after calling him. He managed to evaluate the problem, open the door, remove old lock, and install a new lock with a new set of keys all within 20 minutes of arrival. Very impressive! I recommend getting Nick next time you need help with locks!

I got home after work and realized I grabbed the wrong set of keys. Called around for a locksmith and folks were giving me the run around. Finally, got a hold of Nick, he gave me a reasonable price and was at my residence within 15 minutes. He was professional and courteous, got the door open in less than 10 minutes. Daniel was really helpful, polite, and professional. I had 2 brand new remotes that he had to program but one of the remotes battery was dead. He changed it for me at no charge. He also beat the prices on all the other companies. Took all but about 5 minutes to program the remotes. Thanks Honolulu Locksmith!!! I would recommend this company to everyone and everyone.

Daniel was able to walk us through how to fix the problem ourself without charging us to come up and help us. My 9-year-old decided to pick the lock of our vacation home with the toothpick which resulted in a lock with the toothpick broken off in it. We're able to gain entrance to the property and completely disassembled the lock and repair it ouselves.Thanks Daniel for not taking advantage of us and helping us when we needed it.
