I don't know about other people's experiences and so I won't comment on them. My experience was a good one. I lost my apartment keys and didn't have a spare. Locksmith came in 30 minutes of calling on a Friday night. Very friendly guy Ben. He showed me what it would cost up front and asked me to confirm. Very professional. Took him 1 minute to unlock my deadbolt and get me back into my apartment. Paid him right there and got the receipt emailed to me. See photo for result, unsurprisingly no damage. Thank goodness he didn't have to drill! Anyway, I'd recommend them. Thank you, Ben! Also, locksmithing...super interesting stuff!

I live in a small apartment building with a master key system. The system works well, but sometimes I forget which door to unlock to get into my apartment. My landlord has been trying to get me to change the locks for months now, but I'm afraid of what will happen if I do. I don't know if the new lock would be compatible with the old ones or not, and I'm worried that when someone else tries to use their key it won't work anymore. The building is small enough that this could cause a lot of confusion and potentially even damage to our property if someone tries getting into their place when they shouldn't be able to! I've been thinking about getting a Master Keys system for my door so that no one ever has to worry about losing their keys again. It would also give us some peace of mind knowing that everyone else's keys will still work after we've changed ours out too!

Those guys are the best, got stuck outside of my house when it was pouring rain, the dispatcher answer the phone right away and was very kind and told me to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before the technician will get there the technician got there in 10 minutes was very nice and professional open my door in less than 5 minutes with no marks or damage and got me back into to my house ..
