I absolutely loved your tech! Two days ago, he helped me out a lot. I was getting back home late after work and when I started opening the door, my key got stuck inside the lock and wouldn’t move even a bit. I thought no one worked so late, but your tech came super fast and resolved the issue. He even managed to come up with some jokes

Excellent service. Dodge Ram back-up FOB failed. Chip on circuit board desoldered. Lost original FOB. Dodge dealer couldn't replace single FOB for 4 weeks due to shortages. Checked internet and found Sure Lock in West Hartford. Looked at reviews starting at 5's and ending at one's. Called number and got answering machine that cut off after ~ one minute. I then got a text promising a response soon. A human called within 5 minutes and said a locksmith was in the area would call me soon. In 15 minutes I had a quote for two FOB'S that was cheaper than the Dodge dealer. The locksmith said he would be at my driveway in 45 minutes and left 30 minutes after that after programming and re-keying two FOB's. I would definetely recommend this company. Bo Kaman Jr.
