Charlie and the team at Pop-A-Lock were fantastic, they did lock repair service for The Blue Dragonfly and Family Partnerships of CT, an agency that works with adults with special needs. They helped us keep our individuals safe by fixing the locks on our supply closets, keeping chemicals, cleaners, and tools in a secure environment. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repair/re-key service!

Fantastic customer service, backed up by fantastic service. Fast, Friendly, Fair! Needed to replace one of those 'chip' keys for 2008 Chevy Impala. Pop-a-Lock of Hartford (in Simsbury, CT) was proactive in reaching out to me from a AAA referral - 5 minutes after I requested help. Provided all options, and even alerted me to a $50 discount that my level of AAA card provided for Lost Key Service. They would have been paid either way - but kind enough to educate and save me 50 bucks. Repair time was as noted - and I drove away from their office approx. 1.5 hours later with a new, programmed key. Definitely would use this company again and high recommend them.

This place was amazing. After calling several other locksmiths that wanted to gouge me with their high prices I called Pop-A-Lock. They were GREAT!! Not only were their prices fair, but their service was EXCELLENT. I lost the keys to my Nissan Pathfinder and I thought the situation was grim because the dealer told me they don't make keys for those older Pathfinders anymore. The Pop-A-Lock technician had them done onsite in just a few minutes!! Very nice people to deal with on the phone too! If you need a locksmith don't hesitate to call Pop-A-Lock. You won't be disappointed.

As a result of the storm, I could not get to my car in the garage as I was unable to disengage the electric garage door opener which was a lock to which I had no key. Called this company and although my cell phone service was bad, they were extremely patient getting my information. They said they would be there in 20 minutes which they were and shortly after, he picked the lock and got me access. Then proceeded to make me a new key. I live in a condo complex and my neighbor had the same problem and Andy happily agreed to help her as well. Great attitude and great service which I will never forget.

After shopping at a mall, I returned to my car and couldn't locate my car key. Thank goodness Pop-A-Lock took my call right away and came out to get my car open for me! I purchased a preowned automobile key fob off the internet after doing some research on the specific key fob that I needed as when recently purchased we only received 1 key fob. The gentleman explained the risk to me up front that it still may not work but he would give it a shot. Lucky for me it worked and saved me a bunch of money rather than going to the dealer.
