I lost my only car key and was told by other locksmiths that I’d have to tow my car to the dealership to get a new key. When I called the Lexus dealership I was told that getting a new key would cost me around $3,000. I called CT security and the technician was able to come my house in only a couple hours after I called and made me a new key for an extremely reasonable price. Excellent service.

2006 Pathfinder story

I purchased a car with one key. They came out on our agreed upon time and called me in advance to say they were running a little late. Turns out it wasn’t much , but they thought enough of my time to let me know. They could not get the cheap Amazon keys that I bought to pair,so they made a couple up from their stock and got them to pair. They honored their price and didn’t charge me for the keys even though they could have. Even provided a valet key Quick and professional and I will use them again when I need this type of work

This is the 2nd time I have used them. The first time was when my pocket was stolen with my house keys and I needed to have all my doors re-keyed. They were at my house within an hour of my call and promptly took care of everything. It was such a relief to not have to worry that someone had access to my house. I recently needed some spare keys made up and they came to my house to take care of it and made sure all the keys worked before leaving. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who need their services. They were professional and very responsive.

Greatttttt man. He came on time 11am on JULY 4th a day most businesses are closed to be with their family’s. My car key for my 2007 Honda Odyssey wasn’t turning due to a bad pin in the Lock cylinder. The locksmith helped me by opening up the whole key ignition cylinder and removing/replacing the damaged lock pin and putting all back together in 1 hour. This allowed me to save $250 for a new key ignition cylinder assembly which didn’t include programming and installation. The lock smith simply did the job changed the pin and I was on my way. His locksmith van was very clean and organized which allowed him to move at a super fast pace. I would recommend him to anyone. He beats all the prices I’ve heard in my local area of Middletown CT. I’ve heard 130-260 when a key for my car is only $10-$20 of course without program just cut at my local Honda dealership. YOU SHOULD NOT have to pay more then $120 for A NEW KEY AND PROGRAM FOR MY EXACT CAR. PRICES VARY ON OTHER VEHICLES. That’s the WONDERFUL SERVICE THIS LOCKSMITH GAVE ME. EXCELLENT AMAZING FAST AND AMAZING PRICES.

I usually don't write reviews but with the amazing quality of hassle-free service CT security locksmith offered I felt I should go in and take the time to review them for the benefit of others who look forward to use their service. I was locked out as I lost my key and didn't have a spare key at work. Looked up a few other locksmiths online and none of them offered to help and asked me to take the vehicle to dealership. I gave CT locksmiths a call and boom... Greg was there in an hour got keys made in about 15 mins at a very reasonable cost for 2 keys. This team of Locksmiths are awesome! I initially spoke with Greg who advised me on the best and most economical way of changing my locks. He suggested rekeying the locks and was patient in explaining. A few weeks later I contacted him again and he sent Leon out to do the job the very next day. He made sure I was happy. When I was missing a piece Leon took me to the store to get it and showed me what I needed. He even went back to Home Depot after realizing the key did not match the locks. Great service!!! I lost the key to my jeep wrangler and called them, they gave me an appointment to come to my house within 2 hours on a Friday night when everyone else was closed, and once they got to my house it took them only 30 minutes to get me a key (with chip programmed) for the jeep at a great price. Would recommend them for any locksmith job you might need.

They did the job right and quick they came one guy didnt have the correct fob he made a call and another guy showed up they programmed my new key made me a security door key as well and because the fob didnt have a trunk option they ordered me another fob and told me not to pay till the job was done they gave me two keys for the price of one this place is phenomenal and I highly recommend to anyone who needs to have a key made

Had a periodic problem with front lock on entry door. They came and corrected and paired back lock with front as well. They were on time, efficient and courteous which is always appreciated. They are now changing the ignitions on several of my trucks which is greatly appreciated since I just do not have the time to do it myself. As my time is exceptionally limited the item most of importance to me before anything else is punctuality. Efficiency and skill follow. They have demonstrated each of those 3 while here on several occasions. So I feel that it is important for me to stress that part of this review because it seems to be a diminishing trait nowadays and at least in my experience with them this far, they have been great.

My nephew stuck a plastic coffee stirer in my ignition while waiting at the bus stop with my daughter. I called a bunch of locksmiths and these guys beat everyone else's price by $100. Extraction wasn't successful but they only charged me for the part and added another $30 to the extraction cost. I was skeptical because they always say "you get what you pay for" but these guys were super professional, kind, and knew what they were do#ing. Greed doesn't run their business

We were very impressed with Greg's extremly fast response time and his professionalism. We give him our highest recommendation. He responded within minutes to our initial quote request and gave us a solid price for rekeying three locks. We asked him on a Saturday afternoon when he was available, thinking we'd get an appointment in the next week. I have had occasion to use this company twice. When I moved into my new house, I didn’t have a key for my mailbox. It could have been a nightmare. But thanks to CT Security Locksmiths, it was solved in an hour. My backdoor didn’t have a lock, just a chain lock at the very bottom of the door. It was inconvenient coming in and going out. It wasn’t good security either. CT Security Locksmiths provided a great knob and lock. The security and functionality are outstanding. In both cases they were prompt, did excellent work and the pricing was reasonable.

I have called 2 other locksmiths in the Newington area to open my car door a few days ago since I had my trapped poodle in my car and AAA's ETA wasn't fast enough for me since I needed to get my trapped dog out of the car. I was shocked on how fast they got to my house. He was able to open my car door within 5 minutes of him arriving and surprisingly, he even brought a rawhide bone treat for my dog to chew on after getting him out of the car. He was able to get a spare key made for me on the spot and programmed the key/fob to the car just fine so I won't have to worry about something like this happening again since now I have a spare key again. His price was very reasonable and will only be doing business with him if ever needed in the future. I recommend him to anybody. PERFECTION AT ITS BEST!!!!!! Thanks Again!!!
