Pro-Lock....dropping the "fessional" almost kinda sounds ironic like a service to keep something secure. But oh no. This guy was lickity split had a new fob done up, key cut, heck don't know what that blood pressure apparatus was for the window but that was wild. Had me back up in my car quick like Ear Shives paint tha toenails. It may not of been $39.95, but when ya have no wheels money don't matter. You in lock purgatory? Get the right combo today. Even after they arrived and solved my issue, the person who was dispatched was kind enough to explain and help me with something about my car as well. This place was awesome! I cracked my key to my older model truck and was afraid to take the key out of the ignition. I literally called everyone and they all referred me to ProLock. He was able to fix me right up immediately and not only did he have a blank for it, he was able to get it out of the ignition without breaking it. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he saved me a ton of money!!! After pricing around with other places, I was honestly expecting it to be about 100 bucks.. nope. Try $12!!! This is definitely the place you're looking for!

So where do I begin....I'll save you some time and give you the condensed version. 1. SUV was stolen by someone in Pascagoula, Ms. 2. Almost 2 months goes by when BILOXI P.D. contacts me to inform me that a vehicle matching mine had been found abandoned on Back Bay. 3. Have vehicle towed back to Pascagoula 4. Called Pro-Lock Locksmiths This company came very highly recommended to me by the towing company I had used to transport my broken down (hence why it was abandoned to begin with) vehicle back home. This recommendation sounded so promising that they were the first call I made when I started pricing what it was going to cost me to have a new transponder key made. Next was to the dealership, and after that was calls to Orielys, and Autozone. That first call to Pro-Lock ultimately was the only one I needed to make because the friendly gentleman who answered the phone gave me two options. The first option was going to cost me close to $300, and the other would be in the neighborhood of $180. As you may have guessed I went with the cheaper of the two options since my cost were becoming quite elevated for a vehicle that I wasn't even sure would ever see another mile on the open road ever again. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, they came right to me at my residence, the tech was professional & patient while I located my registration showing ownership of the vehicle. Within 30 minutes of arrival I had a newly programed key for my SUV, and on top of that they were also able to render my old key which the thief used and still had obsolete. So the morale of this story is if your vehicle becomes someone else's daily driver/hot rod/mobile home (yes, the crook had been living in my SUV) then your going to need to grab a phone to call Pro-Lock, and a pair of your thickest rubber gloves for the unimaginable mess that could be waiting for you on the other side of the car door once Pro-Lock Locksmiths let's you in. Thanks guys for your help!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars they are that wonderful! I locked myself out of my house and had my kids with me. A nice gentleman came over shortly after I called and he spent at least 30-45 minutes trying all of my doors to help me get into my house. I was unaware that my husband had installed smart doors and that makes it more difficult to gain access. Even after trying for nearly 45 minutes, he refused to accept payment since he was unable to help me gain access to my house. It meant so much that he stayed and put that effort in to try and get me and my kids back in. I would highly recommend this company as they professional, reliable and just all around good people.

Needed a new key programmed so I went to have them check if they could do it for me, I had purchased my own key and they warned me up front it may or may not work, no guarantee. There’s a fee either way, I was perfectly fine with that. My dealership wanted $327 for a new key to be programmed and cut. They did the process and luckily my key worked and was charged $58.85. Soooo much cheaper, and saved me time and money. For future reference they carry most of the keys you need so don’t buy your own online, they may wave a fee for you also by purchasing the key through them. I highly recommend them!
