Much appreciation for these guys, got to the bar and locked my keys in the trunk. The guys with me came out and tried to find a way into the car even had a SlimJim and came up with nothing. They were all concerned but I called this Locksmith when I was called back by the local technician they didn’t scam me and make me buy a whole new key they sent out somebody to pop my door so I was able to get into the car and pop my trunk. From the time I locked the keys in the car to the time the technician was writing my receipt was maybe an hour. Highly satisfied. nice guys and quick local service.

When the key fob did not work because something was wrong somewhere else in my car, they ensured that I was a happy customer. They also tend to open earlier than stated and go out of their way to satisfy the customer.

My husband locked the keys in our truck.... with it running!!!! I called a local company with a big name and she told me it’d be over an hour. She just couldn’t care less! So I google and got in touch with these people. The dispatcher was super friendly and the technician was there in 10 minutes!!!!! He spent about 2 minutes unlocking the truck. It took longer to do the verification paperwork than to unlock it. Super fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!!!

There I sat in the Honda dealership's parts and service waiting room. It was going to take over an hour and cost me $160+ for a copy of my key. I looked up a locksmith in Gulfport and found Graystone, called them up and they said it would be about 20 minutes and cost $130. No brainer! I drove over and was taken care of promptly. Great service and pricing!

Wow! Needed a locksmith. Was advised to try Necaise. They didn’t have the blanks I needed at the time. Went online and found this place which stated open 24hrs. Called; was told they were not open(08:22am) but the doors open at 9am. Gave me directions to the place. It’s is now 9:22 and I’m still sitting in front of this place. Wow, how unprofessional can an establishment be??? RIDICULOUS! Can only imagine the quality of work performed here. As soon as I finish typing this, I will be moving on to find another! —————————————————————————————- Within 30 minutes of posting the above review, I was contacted by the owner of this establishment who was over 1000 miles away. He asked if I could allow him to “make right” my lost time. I returned to the establishment and I must say, make right they did! Not only was my problem tended to, but I was given impeccable service. I will be returning here in the near future for items ordered. Thanks for turning my morning around! To the owner...thank you for your service!!!🇺🇸

We got locked out of the master bedroom of our AirBnB, a little over 600 miles from home and in the middle of our vacation. The owners were out of town and didn't leave a functioning key to the door. Bought a 2015 GMC Acadia with one key. Bought two flip key fobs on eBay. Went to Necaise Locksmith on 28th, but they said they couldn’t cut the replacements. Rolled to Graystone. My wife was unable to locate the key to my truck while I was out of town. Contacted these folks and they were great to work with. We were able to get a new coded key made for the truck and everything went well. Wife reported that these guys were on top of everything checked to make sure the new key worked in all the doors and verified it worked in the ignition multiple times. They were kind enough to share info we would need in the future if anything like it ever happened again to help us save money and cut their fee down . Its great to know we have a local company a husband can feel comfortable calling for something so critical when I am out of town and not worry they will take advantage of a bad situation. If I could give 10 stars, I would! As soon as we realize we left our keys in another state, we started down the google list calling locksmiths. The first 3 or 4 either didn’t make new auto keys or wouldn’t service on weekends. Darius reassured we would have a key same night, and Gabriel was so nice when he showed up to drop off and test the key. They saved us a 14 hour round trip to get our keys. Skip the others and use these guys, they’re awesome.

I had a good experience 2 weeks ago with Graystone. The guy who helped me was Gabriel. The guy is a perfectionist! First let me say I was stranded! I was driving car back to Atlanta but my Chevy Impala ignition switch locked up! So i had got a used one so i need a key made. He worked on it for like almost 2 hours. He wanted it perfect.
