Keegan was AWESOME. Highly recommend this business and am so happy with our service. Edit: we just moved into our home & needed a rekey done. Unfortunately, because of the way our keys were cut and hardware was installed, we needed to upgrade our home with new hardware for safer key and deadbolt options. Our locksmith clearly explained the issue(s) and provided us with all of our options and with a quote for pricing. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the experience and installation.

I cannot say enough good things about Pop-a-Lock!!! My initial call was taken professionally, politely and warmly. They reassured me during a very trying time!!! My technician, Kira, was prompt, efficient and a truly wonderful person. Given inflation (the last time I had to call to get a car open bc I locked my keys in was in the early '90's...) the price was more than reasonable. Also, they, at least in my area, will open cars with hot pets or children trapped inside for FREE. No need to break a window; literally call Pop-a-Lock!!! In the interest of full disclosure, I found my keys (they weren't in the car) not an hour after Kira left. Thank you, Kira!!!

I needed emergency lock service for a vehicle. Keegan was extremely helpful and prompt. When every other lock service told me they wouldn’t be able to help until the next day, he made me a priority. Within an hour he had a technician on site who was able to cut a key on the spot. The tech was professional and had me on my way quickly. I would definitely recommend Pop-a-lock if you are looking for great service on the spot!

Great service, Affordable, they were on time. The cost for a key fob and reprogramming it was high when it took like 3 minutes for the whole process but it's cheaper than most. I recommend their service to anyone. Awsome customer service from the phone to the scheduled meeting time.

Keegan the new Lansing owner got to me in about 15 minutes from when I called. He was friendly and even helped me out with another vehicle I miraculously locked my keys in for free. I had them meet my daughter to cut and program 2 new keys for a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer. Only complaint was they were a half hour late for the appointment. They were able to make the new keys and get them programmed to the vehicle with no problems on site.

Arrived very quick, was friendly and got right to trying to get my car door unlocked. It was a weird lock and took longer than originally thought but he remained optimistic and eventually got the door open. Fantastic customer service and great price. Than the Pop-A-Lock shows up on google I take a chance and call them. I have immediately result ! I had an excellent experience with Pop-A-Lock and Mark. He quickly answered the call and I described the problem I needed assistance with. He gave me a rough estimate quote based on what he felt would be needed and told me he would contact me once he was done with his current call. He estimated he would call me back in about 45 mins. However, he called me back in approximately 20 mins and was at my location within his quoted time. He completed my service very quickly, which turned out to be something very different than the over the phone diagnosis was, and charged me a lower amount than quoted to account for the service time taking less than anticipated. Mark was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and on time with excellent communication. Payment was by credit card, and he only charged me once the service was completed. I was very satisfied with the service.

I even had a very old lock that needed re-keying and they did not charge me for the extra time & difficulty in repairing it. They even came out free of charge the next day when it was still acting up...and completely 100% fixed the problem!! Very prompt and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

For those that don't know, Pop-A-Lock is a franchise and this one is under new ownership. The same people who operate the Grand Rapids franchise now operate this one. I've had great service from Pop-A-Lock. Fast, professional, polite and they do a good job too.

If I could give more stars I would. They had 2 keys made about an hour and a half after our intional phone call to them. We didn't have all the cash on us to pay for it so they followed us to the bank after they made our keys. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Wow! Couldn't ask for better customer service! I couldn't find my keys after visiting a few different friends houses (I wasn't driving but I still carried them with me) and called Pop-A-Lock. My boyfriend picked them up for me and I decided to keep them despite having found my original keys. Apparently when my car had been in a collision (before I bought it) they had messed with the ignition switch, so the keys I got back weren't working. They politely told me to come over to the shop and they would custom make the keys! To which I forgot to do... For several months. A couple weeks ago I saw one of their vans and finally remembered to go in, and they totally remembered my name and everything! They got me my keys made at no extra charge and away I went! Highly recommend!
