My go to place for battery replacements.I had a remote key I thought was bad,Mr G's tested it and found it had a good charge left.so I tried it again,and it worked. Another time, I had a watch that needed a new battery,he replaced it quickly for me. Very honest man,great prices ,sells you only what you need. I highly recommend this place.. He's also a lock Smith if you need that service ,too.

I had lost my car remote in the summer and bought a new one from Mr Gs for the cheapest price around, and had an issue in the winter with a part inside the remote breaking. They remembered me and helped me out. They were able to fix it and get it working for me quickly. I then had some issues with the programming of the remote and they fixed it for me no questions asked. I would highly recommend Mr G’s to anyone who needs help with car remotes and duplicating keys. Super professional and helpful!

I inquired about a key replacement, got an instant reply. Visited the following day with all the random parts from my broken 2011 Honda CRV key. The gentleman behind the counter was AWESOME! Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Replacement key was cut and all the other electronics gizmo pieces re-assembled saving me a good $150 vs dealership prices. Everything works great! Highly recommend and will certainly do business with again! Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Fastest lockout service I've ever had. He got to me in five minutes and had the door open in 30 seconds. I had assumed since the day I got the van that the previous owner had changed the *ignition lock* because the keys didn't work in the doors, so I followed him back to the shop and based on the VIN, he made two spare keys for me which should have unlocked the doors. But they didn't so he went back out to my van and un-seized three of the four door locks and now the keys work in the doors and the ignition. All for less than 100 dollars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They couldn't help me, but it wasn't for a lack of trying! I was looking for a remote for my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. They tried several different methods and spent about a half hour on it. Very impressed with their efforts. Will see them again for other lock work in the future.

This was my second visit to have a new car key made. Both times I had a chipped or transponder key made. They were able to get me a working key for a fair price both times. The second visit, they were not only able to program a working key after the Jeep dealership I visited couldn't, they were also able to program the key the dealership cut but couldn't get working. I highly recommend their services.

Needed a copy made of my car key. They were fast and very affordable. Able to cut a new key, and program the fob and transponder for WAY cheaper than any autoshop or dealership. What a shop or dealership might try to charge you $200 or more for, you can get done here for ~$50! Save yourself some serious money and let them help you with all your car key needs!

Great experience. Needed a spare key for a house sitter. Guy there was quick and the key worked great. Didnt even have to take the key off the. ring. From the time I turned off my car to the time I was backing out of my spot was 5 minutes tops. Too many times Ive needed keys and gone to box stores and needed to find someone and get home to find that the key is just a bit off. Not here, great service. Thanks!!

Brought in a couple 3rd party keys to try and be programmed for my Ford and they turned out to be the wrong kind but he still tried to program them for me. Then I bought a correct key from him and they didn't charge me extra at all. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

Saved me so much money than what a dealership would charge! I bought a car with a keyfob that was malfunctioning. Hitting the lock button popped the trunk and the only button that worked was the trunk button... g’s keys hooked me up with a new fob for cheap and it took less than 5-10 minutes! Highly recommend.

I needed some keys made for work. The person who helped me here said that the key that I brought in was worn so he didn't know if the copies would work. He made one of the copies a little differently in case the others did not work. I brought the copies back to work and the only one that worked was the one that he adjusted when he made it. I went back to the store and he made additional copies of the keys with the adjustment free of charge. Awesome customer service!

I would recommend this place to everyone! I went in to Mr Gs Keys in a meltdown with a my only key to my car snapped in half. He said no worries! It took him less than 10 mins for him to make me 2 keys and it was cheap! Less than $10! I’m so thankful he was open the day before 4th of July!

Made a whoopsie!!! Locked my keys in my car on the parking ramp while volunteering for the opening of the robot zoo at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Mr. G himself showed up with his wonderful assistant within ten minutes and less than five minutes later I was on my way! I've done it before and my car is a pain to get open. I was expecting a ridiculous overpriced fee, surprisingly it was not that expensive. I know who I'm calling if it ever happens again!
