Needed a key without a fob for my truck, called the day before to make sure they had one and of course cost. I was told in stock and $90 with programming and no appt needed. Went in the next day and it took no more than 20 min tops, plus he gave me a key cut code in case I ever lost the keys. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

My husband had broken his keys to the truck. J&J locksmith were nice friendly and helpful. The young lady on the phone went above and beyond the call of duty to let us know how much everything would cost. She gave us a call back within 2 hours and within half an hour of that the gentleman showed up and it took about 20 minutes give or take to fix everything. I would highly highly recommend J&J locksmith.

Very happy with the service I received from J&J. They were friendly and consultative on the phone, first suggesting a DIY fix I could try to address a stuck deadbolt. I had tried their suggestion previously, so I asked for a service call. They gave a specific time, as opposed to a 4-hour window like many services give, and came out exactly when they said they would. The fix, replacing and re-keying my deadbolt, was done quickly and professionally by Hal. I highly recommend J&J and will use them again for any locksmith needs.

I always come here to copy my keys, especially when those kiosks at meijer and home depot won’t duplicate them. It takes them less than thirty seconds, it’s extremely fast. Very affordable. Honestly cheaper than the kiosks. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I bought a used Harley at the beginning of the summer and the previous owner lost the keys to the saddle bag quick-release brackets. I called to see what they could do, and they had me ride on in and took care of it right there in the parking lot and charged me a VERY AFFORDABLE rate to pick the locks and make new keys. I was in and out in an hour. You just don't get immediate friendly service like this anymore. I'm a repeat customer and I HIGHLY recommend them. Top notch company!!

I needed to have some auto keys cut for my Honda Accord and found J&J Locksmiths online with good reviews so I decided to give them a try. Here’s what I found: They greeted me when I walked in the door and asked me a few questions about the new keys being cut and even my original key. I let him know that my original key wasn’t operating correctly and none of the buttons would respond even after I changed the battery myself. Right away Mark started trouble shooting what the root of the issue was and found that the battery I had purchased brand new was, in fact, almost dead! He went ahead and tried a new battery and then programmed it to work for my car again. Not to mention the two new keys I had cut/programmed only cost me a total of $60. Very happy with the service here at J&J Locksmiths. I will be using them again in the future.
