Great!! I called a few other places where I had to leave a voicemail or they had to have someone call me back...never heard back from any of them. Here they not only answered but they actually helped me!! Very friendly and professional. Didn't take long and my key fob and key worked that they programmed and cut for my Van. I would call them first if I have any other lock or key issues!

I broke my key in the lock on my front door. I couldn’t get it out and I was getting nervous. I first went to Modern Hardware hoping they might have a tool to get it out. They did not, but they told me about this business. I am new to the neighborhood and I had no clue. They were courteous and told me how to remove the lock. I brought it to them and they had the key out in no time AND made me a new key for $5! I will definitely go back!

Late last year we called a couple competitor lock companies and didn’t receive call backs, or had long wait times, etc. when I called Boston Square Lock & Key, not only did they provide extremely kind customer service, but actually offered to come out same day! When providing the service, the tech was friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!!

Made perfect copies of my Harley Davidson motorcycle keys for an 2004 model using the barrel keys. Both keys worked flawlessly. Online quote for two aftermarket keys was $40, Boston Square made them for $10 while I waited. Wait time was less than waiting in line at a fast food restaurant during lunch rush. Boston Square is worth the drive and has won my future business!! Fast, great prices, and super polite.

After trying to work with a dealership to replace a key that broke off in my ignition, I called Boston SL&K and they told me to come in and they pulled the key from the ignition, created a new key, and programmed the key in less than 5 minutes. These people are lifesavers! Lost my remote keys to my 2007 Camry and had the hardest time ever finding a locksmith that was able to both cut and program a new key in my area. I really wanted to avoid the dealership and these guys helped me out. They come to you, no towing necessary. Fit me into their tight schedule by the end of the workday and walked me through everything. Pricing was as to be expected, nothing too outrageous. I will not hesitate to give them my business again although hopefully it won't ever be necessary!

Called Boston Square Lock & Key, as well as 3 other locksmith's, for a quote on programming a key-less entry fob for my vehicle (Because dealerships are way too overpriced). I had already bought a cheap fob off the internet but it required special equipment to program. The quoted price was about half that of the lowest competitor. They not only honored the quoted price (2 weeks later), but also seemed appalled by what others were charging for the service. The programming was quick, cheap, and the employee who helped me was personable and helpful.

Don't take your lock/key needs anywhere else. I've been taking my business to these folks for 20 years. They have done some "amazing" things for me. I never saw anyone "smoke" a key before. But, they "smoked" one for me, back in 2002, in about 15 minutes.

I was out and about with my new car. Stopped at a gas station. Came out and my car's ignition wouldn't turn. Ten minutes later I had no luck,, so I called the locksmith to come rescue me. Most locksmiths wood hook the prospect and charge for a service call . Here is what happened. The technician at Boston Square Lock and Key gave me a hack over the phone to make the key work, he patienty and enthusiasticly walked me through how to take tension off the steering wheel. It worked! Thank You.

Excellent! They got me out of a jam with my '86 Kawasaki Concours. Needed to replace stolen keys. Kawi dealer couldn't help me. Kawi Corporate couldn't help me. But these guys did. And inexpensive! Got my bike keys fixed (3 copies), plus a dupe for my Suburu Outback. A half hour and $24, OTD. Just fabulous!

Rick's son (I think) was able to repair a doorknob lock that I was sure needed replacement. And even though it wasn't part of the original order, he also adjusted two other doorknobs.
