Jeff took my call and Matt came out to help. Absolute BEST customer service. Ford quoted us almost 700$ for two keys and we would have to tow it to the location. This was such an easy way to have our vehicle locks fixed/cleaned/new keys made. They called back promptly, were friendly, knowledgeable, with the added bonus of coming right to the house to fix the problem. I went to two different Chrysler Dealers to get a key for my 2006;PT Cruiser. I had to buy a key from each dealer, because the state there was something wrong with the other key. Call Auto Lock Specialist, Zack came to my place any in 10 minutes he had both of the keys program. They are the greatest.

Highly recommended!! I lost the only key I had to my car. I called them and they arrived to my car with in 35 minutes. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to get 2 brand new keys made for my car. They were very friendly and the pricing was very fair. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again, but I would in a heartbeat if i needed to.

Wow, I truly do not have enough good things to say about the service that Auto Lock Specialists provided. I recently lost my only set of car keys while on a ski trip in Canada and genuinely had prepared myself for the absolute worst for what was to come. My Ford dealership had recommended this company, and got me in touch with Jeff; who not only was incredibly nice and helpful, but incredibly punctual as well. Jeff came to my house literally ten minutes after I had called him and had a new set of car keys for me within the hour. Seriously, once again, I cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you Auto Lock Specialists for saving my butt and coming to the rescue!

I got out of wrk at 4 and began calling businesses that handle lock outs, out of all of them he was the most fair priced and efficient time wise. Others in area wanted to wait til after 5 pm to boost up their money, he did not. Five minutes after his arrival I was on my way!! Great customer service

Paid a 1/3 of the price compared to what A-1 locksmith quoted me just to program two keys fobs and to have two blank keys copied/cut that I had bought off amazon for 2010 Chevy HHR. Drove to go meet auto lock specialist and only paid 60$ instead of 180$ and took like 10 minutes tops. Great service, super friendly, definitely will recommended to anyone.

Jeff just left my house actually. Lost my only set of keys while shoveling the snow last night and went into panic. After calling around at different places and getting different quotes ranging from $150-175, jeff beat them all with a quote of $145. I was sold. He was friendly from the time we were on the phone this morning, till the time he left my house just now. bought 2 key fobs for 2015 Jeep from Walmart online-Auto Lock Specialists cut the keys and programed the fobs for a very very reasonable cost-spent about $65 TOTAL for TWO key fobs and programming!

They were great! We were getting our Toyota 4 Runner prepped for our big family trip to Yellowstone when we realized we don't have a spare key. Our trucks ignition key has a chip in it and the dealer's price for a second key was outrageous. AutoLock came to our location and programmed a new ignition key on the spot. Now we have a spare key should murphy follow us to Yellowstone! I highly recommend them.
