Very user friendly interface. I brought in 2 keys and copied them one by one. Both keys turned out great. There is an option to upgrade the key for $1.99 on top of the original copying price. I upgraded both and at first I was confused because the keys looked nothing like the original but if you look on the screen it says it will look different with the upgrade but work just as good if not better. Used it on my doors and worked without a hitch. Recommend.

Pretty quick and easy to get keys made. The keys aren't 100% exact as the master but with a little wiggling they unlock the door.

Great self-service kiosk at our local Menards! Keys copied all work like a charm!! One key I needed was an odd size and the on site machine could not duplicate. The machine scanned the key for specs and keys arrived in the mail discreetly packaged. All were tested & work great!

Only improvement I could see is for us old people need to have a printed receipt. Fast, accurate, keys worked first time. No human error.

Great experience! The whole thing was pretty seamless. The keys with great. I'm also excited about the option to save the keys in case I need to cut a new one in the future in a pinch! Already considering going back for another key!
