My friend had lost his keys at the bar and we had called Midwest’s lock and security and after waiting on them for 5 hours, and them not returning our phone calls, we called Williams locksmith and they were there within 30 minutes and had my buddy in the road! This is my first experience with a locksmith, and it could not have been easier. Bailey was extremely punctual and arrived 15 minutes after I placed the call. It took him two minutes, and I was ready to go! He gained my business!

Bailey was honest, fair, and quick to respond when my sister lost her key and her landlord refused to perform a lockout service. When we called Bailey, he asked for a picture of the locks and was very forthcoming that the deadbolt would likely have to be broken and replaced. We thanked him and then called around some more. After an hour of searching for another solution, we called him back to have him perform the work. Within about a half hour of him showing up, we were able to get back into my sister's home. The deadbolt did have to be replaced, which he did quickly and again, charged fairly. He was polite and endured my never ending questions with grace

He's not part of some 24hr 19.95 scam with a company out of state that hires locals from a call center and splits the money 3 ways . This guy gets a A+ from me!

Williams locksmith was super helpful and punctual! He was actually the second number we called, the first company claimed to be 24 hour but answered the phone “hello we have no techs tonight.” Williams however, answered and said they would come out immediately, at a good price! He showed up from across town and got us in within a few minutes! Super helpful and friendly! Will recommend and keep their number for future!

Was on vacation a thousand miles away and our dog sitter locked himself out. After waiting for almost two hours (dogs were stuck outside as well) for the first locksmith I tried, I called Bailey. When I called him, he was about 15 mins from my house. From the time I called him to the time he was done was about 20 mins total. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced.
