Was a great experience! They were able to get someone out in a couple of minutes. I thought I needed a new key and programed but they were able to help identify a different problem that was the actual solution! They were professional, nice and fast with service couldn’t recommend more!

Took a key in to have it cut. Something went wrong and it didnt work on my vehicle when they were done. They grabbed another from their inventory to cut for me. Works like a charm. Normally key cut from their inventory $70. Bring your own for them to cut $40. My price because of inconvenience $20. Firmly believe you get what you pay for, on average the price might be a bit higher than what you will pay at a national chain/big box store but being able to compensate customers for mistakes that were made (especially when there is 0 expectation for it) without requiring an act of congress to finally agree to give you 10% (dont even worry about it as you obviously need it more than me) is awesome! Plus the whole perk about shopping/supporting locally is always a perk!

Car key broke Called them they wasn’t even open til 8 but opened up early and got me in and got my key made! Explained everything!!!! If I ever have key issues or know someone who does I will definitely send them to these people!!!! My car key broke and they had me fixed and rdy to go within minutes!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! My friend got locked out of her car. We called 3 different lock smiths in the area who made us wait to then call back and say they couldn’t service the area. We called ShaunLock and they were to us in 20 minutes and in the car within 2. Rodney was so kind and professional! If this ever happens again we will be calling here first!

I lost the only set of keys to my girlfriend’s car and was unable to drive it. We had wanted a spare key for exactly this reason so I decided I’d order two new ones. The dealer wanted $600 for two new key fobs and programming, and $50 just to cut a key so we could drive to the dealership for programming. Tried another locksmith who wanted $200 for one key fob and a house call to program. Shaunlock was going to charge $180 for the fob + house call, but said it would be cheaper if we could drive it in to program. We got a key code from the dealership, Shaunlock cut us a spare key for free so we could drive the car in, and even got us a deal for buying multiple fobs. They even cut a new house key while I waited for programming. Overall we saved nearly $400 over the dealership. They were kind and informative and genuinely wanted to help. Highly recommended!

Amazing, amazing service! He was initially going to be able to help me within 45 minutes of me calling. Unfortunately the device they needed to program was broken, and instead of using a different, time-consuming device, he sent me a number of another local locksmith who he knew could help. First experience with ShaunLock and it was excellent! Had an employee break a key off in our main lock in Saturday. Called a touch after 9 on Sunday and Shaun answered the phone. He had us into our building by 10 AM and new lock and copies made shortly there after. I was open for business by 11 AM. Price was very competitive and affordable. Locked my key in my truck. Started going down the list on Google search first guy didn't answer second guy was ShaunLock, said it would be no problem to unlock my big rig. It was 40° and I didn't have my jacket on so I walked inside the facility to stay warm received a call walked outside he already had it unlocked by the time I got there. Fast friendly service would definitely recommend!

My awesome son got out of the car at school, and locked the keys in (hit the lock button inside as opposed to using the key fob), and there is no spare key. Called Shaun Lock at 11:20am-ish, and he said they would be there around 12. They were there by 12:15pm, and got the car unlocked very quickly, and it was SUPER affordable. Only $65! They even called to let me know it was done, and that they were texting me a receipt! Super awesome people. Total lifesavers!

As the Building Manager for Cottage Grove Presbyterian Mission Center I can confidently say ShaunLock has done considerable work for our building. As a one-time church and now a multi-use Mission facility we have decades of changes in our building use and structure. Nothing is standard in terms of doors, hardware, locks, or access. The challenges of security for our offices, community rooms, storage, and entrances are not minor. However, Shaun has done a superb job of adapting to our unique building with special care given to how we use it compared to what it was originally designed for. He's solved many access problems and brought us up to date with modern, affordable solutions. He's even responded promptly to last-minute and emergency lock changes. We appreciate how often he's gone above and beyond the call for us. We're very pleased with his work and care. We have every expectation that we will continue to use his valuable services. Updated to add that continued excellent work by ShaunLock has me using him for personal work such as new, coded keys for my vehicles.

Shaun is excellent!! We needed an additional key for our 2017 Toyota Tacoma. We went to Toyota and asked about it, they wanted over $200 plus taxes. We did some research on the internet and found out that a locksmith could make us a spare key. We meet with Shaun at his office and he was done in less than 15 minutes and less than $70 with taxes!!! Shaun is highly recommended!!!

We hired Shaun to rekey our recently-purchased house. I was going to be stuck at home during a 4-hour delivery window (unrelated to locks) so I told Shaun he could come any time between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. He arrived at 10:00, was here about an hour, and no sign of my delivery guys yet. If Shaun were the only one I had to wait for I'd be on with my day by now! I appreciated his promptness. As for the locks, he was thorough and professional. I was overwhelmed by a mismatched pile of keys the previous homeowner left. My husband and I didn't even know what all of them were for and, despite the abundance of keys, for certain doors we had just one key. Shaun helped sort it all out. I'm very happy with the results. We'll call him again if we need a locksmith in the future.

Reasonable rates, fast service, fair charging. Shaun came out and put in 2 deadbolts for us. Even though one of our doors was a bit of an unexpected problem during installation, he honored the quote he had given us. Further, after one of the 2 locks had a problem later that night, he came the next day and fixed the issue, free of charge.

Note: I found ShaunLock after making two other calls that only got me answering machines. The locking knob latch on our front door failed, leaving it impossible to secure the house. Shaun answered his phone, and said his man world be right over. Shaun's man was at our house within a half hour, replaced the entire knob assembly, and re-keyed the lock to match our existing keys. Charge very reasonable, especially since this was after-hours service. Outstanding!

On an icy morning with the keys locked in a running vehicle in the driveway, Shaun was the only locksmith who would brave the elements to help us out. I contacted 4 locksmith companies prior to Shaun and I was either greeted by an answering machine/service and not called back even though they advertised 24/7 service or I was told it was too icy and I'd have to wait until the roads were salted and the sun came up. The 5th company I called was ShaunLock, and it will be the only one I call in the future. My call was answered by Shaun and he arrived at my house shortly after I gave him the address.
